The room was clean and spacious and the washroom was clean as well. Song selection is okay but they allow you to use WeChat to scan a code and add songs that way and we were able to find most songs that way (English and Chinese across multiple decades). Happy hour is $25 an hour and includes service charge. Standard happy hour non alcoholic drink included. We got sprite (canned) and lemon honey water, both were good. Also got fried cuttlefish ball which was not fried, and the popcorn chicken. Food items were 7/10 average. Not super tasty but satisfying if you're hungry and don't want to head out for food even though lots of food options in the plaza. Overall had a blast. Clean rooms, able to sing all the songs we wanted, sound proof rooms so we never heard other rooms, and good service made the afternoon fun and enjoyable.

They were attentive on fixing any issued we faced. Staff spoke English and Cantonese. The karaoke application they have is limited with English songs, so we mainly used the YouTube app. But the downside is that you can't queue up the next song, but this wasn't a big deal with us. Room was spacious and the sound system was loud and clear. Each person gets two free drinks included in their admission.

Most of all accomodating! And affordable. Like, sometimes you just want to chill and not spend a ton. Because it means you can do it more often! At about $15/pp for hours and hours A nice selection of snacks and drinks also! Song choice-wise, we did wish there were more classics like Backstreet Boys or Boyz to Men. I think songs from the 90s are popular because they're very recognizable melodies that are easy to sing. I hope they can expand their song choices! Will definitely come back!

I've been constantly going back to this place for a goood 2 years now. These are my thoughts: 1. Drinks are not watered down. They serve good stuff 2. Atmosphere is always popping- if you enjoy the throwback playlist, this is where you'll hear it all night. 3. The staff is the reason I go back. Theyre actually amazing. It doesn't feel like I'm going out to some random place for drinks, it feels more like I'm going to a friends place for good food, drinks, and company. They treat you like friends basically! 4. Washroom is always clean 5. They got dart machines and karaoke. If you enjoy asian vibes (lots of jay Chou, Eason chen...), good food, good company, good price, and good time, give this place a shot!

There's a minimum spend depending on how many people you have. We had 3 so it was $140 min spend. We got shots, soju bottles, juice and a fried food party tray. Fries were costco-like fries, delicious. The tequila shots weren't that strong, maybe watered down or it's my tolerance, who knows. All pros, but cons have to sadly be listed. The room couch had holes, unsure if clean to be honest. The touchscreen was grimy so luckily they had hand sanitizer; cleaned that up. The staff member didn't tell us how to use the screen but we just figured it out. The song selection is definitely a lot less than other KTVs I've been in. Also the disco lights weren't working at all, we asked staff and he just flat out said no then walked out. We'd come back here if everywhere else is sold out but likely won't. Good experience though!

More recently, one of MY closest friends held his wedding reception just down the road (at Casa Deluz Banquet Hall) and instead of a dance floor at the end of the night, he booked one of the party rooms here for the afterparty. From the outside, this plaza looks like your typical, sketchy scarborough plaza but the first time I walked into this place I was blown away at how nice the interior was. The lighting is extremely cool and the decor is very fancy. Service is prompt and friendly. If you need a battery change for your mic(s) or ring the service bell, you get a person almost instantly in your room. The washroom is clean enough haha. I've been to some KTV places with REALLY dank washrooms. This one is clean and smells relatively fresh. Also, someone in another review mentioned that there was a lingering cigarette smell. I've been here a bunch of times and there's almost no cigarette smell. Visitors are pretty polite here. Most ppl that want to smoke, I see them go outside and having a smoke outside before coming back into the lounge. I will say, they do use a popular touch screen system for choosing songs. I would totally bump this review up to a 5 star rating if they kept the song list updated (Bar+ on Yonge St downtown has the most constantly updated song list I've ever experienced). There were a couple new songs that I tried to find but to no avail. I think this is the best karaoke place uptown in the GTA at the moment if I'm being honest! They are very honest w/ their minimum room charge pricing and they also have a killer happy hour special deal throughout the week if you're not booking a room on a weekend. It will continue to be my go-to place for karaoke as long as they don't increase prices.

The last time I went, the menu had to be pried open because it was completely stuck shut. The Karaoke machines are...fine? You definitely won't find a lot of newer English songs but it's got a decent collection for me and my CBC millenial friends. When in doubt, there's always Britney and Bruno Mars. Chinese song selection is good I think? But I'm not really an expert there. The food is...also fine? Typical fried stuff and alcohol. Room was nice and big though and our large group sat comfortably. Last time we went there, we had a reservation and the TV wasn't set up and one of the mics didn't work, so that took awhile to set up but once it was up and running, it was fine. Kinda ironic how one girl that walked by had a lit cigarette in her mouth while there was a sign on the door saying NO SMOKING, NO VAPING (not sure if staff or patron). I ordered the spam and egg instant noodles, and honest to god, it was the BEST instant noodles in a karaoke setting. I'd 100% order it again! The popcorn chicken, on the other hand, was on the dryer side. I would prefer a mayo or aioli instead of hot sauce for dipping. $25 includes tax and tips, plus one drink on the drinks menu (non-alcoholic). Overall, great experience; I'd come back again!
