They smoke the rib tips before frying them so you get the smokiness along with with the goodness of something being deep fried that created a taste bud party. I actually got half and half friend and smoke and you can't go wrong with either but why choose when you can have both. The smoked greens were so delicious I couldn't stop eating them.
