They even accommodated my "medium rare" order, and I actually finished the whole enormous thing. The guys in the truck were friendly and worked fast, and I'm still thinking about the sweet relish and perfectly-cooked beef. I'll update once I've tried them properly on their turf, hopefully with some fries on the side; and this WILL happen, because I'm determined to track them down for another excellent burger!

Munich's first gourmet food truck has definitely got people talking about street food, and these boys should pat themselves on the back for that! Where they lack in seating (for obvious reasons), they certainly make up for in taste, portion size, and flavor :) Honestly, it took me about 3 minutes to finish this burger.....it wasn't that small, it just tasted THAT good! I'd argue that the burgers are on par, if not BETTER, than some of the sit-down burger places around the city......I'm talking to you Burger House and Burger&Bier!!! I'm really pumped to try one of their steaks soon too! Also, I want to hug these boys for their sweet potato fries. You make a Southern girl's heart smile with those. The only thing confusing to me is the guacamole dip.....let the fries speak for themselves! I'm super stoked to see the food truck/cart scene picking up in Munich, and what a great addition. If you are eating one of these, be prepared for people to stare at you. These hotdogs are so huge, you can tell that people want to see if you can fit the whole thing in your mouth :D Want to check them out? Well you're in luck! These guys usually participate in the Hall of Taste every Friday, so they're pretty easy to find. As for the taste, I had the Africa dog, but I no longer see it on the menu so maybe they've removed it. Either way, it was yummy to the last bite.....spicy, but not tooooo spicy. I'm super excited to try their Mr. Miyabi with wasabi sauce next time! Seriously....check them out NOW! I only dock a star from these guys because I felt the bread fell apart way too easily. If they switch to slightly harder buns that wont crumble apart when you take a bite, then I'll definitely give them 5 stars!

There is an outdoor heater when it's cold so not to worry about being cold. If you want table service or sit down dining, this may not be your place. I went there with…read morehigh hopes and was invited through Facebook and there were promises of "ART" "DESIGN" "CULTURE" and what we found instead was just a couple of over-pricey food stands outside in the freezing cold, and a small room in which there was nothing, not even music. There was only 1 crappy painting and a "fashion corner" with 2-3 hipster tshirts sold. On the facebook event it says if you like the event and be there before 15:00, then you pay no entrance fees, but this was not the case. They made us pay 3 euros just like anyone else, and we only ate some hotdogs and went out. Complete fail, my advice: take that money of the entrance and the expensive hotdog, and spend it on a nice restaurant. (AND they also deleted negative comments from their facebook site, not a chance here folks!)

My wife had a salads and I opted for the cheese burger with added bacon, and a side of fries. The drinks were great as well, We so wish that the U.S. would adopt the serving style where the alcohol is in the glass and they bring the soda in a bottle to be added at the table. In the U.S., it usually comes from a soda gun that might, or might not be clean, and is always flat. My burger was cooked medium, with a bit of pink, just the way I like it. The fries were soft in the middle with a slight crunch to them, with flaky salt. My wife's salad had a bit too much dressing for her tastes but I thought it was good. We have started sharing meals this way, as our appetites are smaller now that we are getting a bit older.

For my first time here I tried their "Cheese Explosion Burger". This monster lives up to its name! I forget how many cheeses this thing has because quite frankly I never heard of some of them before. But rather than ketchup, mayo, or some special dressing...this burger comes with nacho cheese as its condiment. Again the name: Cheese Explosion. As you can see from my photo it is also garnished with two kinds of fried cheese skewered to the top bun. Cheese Explosion. At the risk of stating the obvious: this is a burger for folks who love cheese. Also, if you don't like pink in your burger...make sure to tell them. They serve all their burgers medium.
