He actually could have moved his rig to a different pump and unblocked the dump station. Rude, selfish. Inside management does not seem to care. Another pump was blocked by an RV that was servicing his engine and not getting fuel; a pickup truck parked at the only one left while they got a meal. So, it seems the RV Dump and RV fuel island is for parking, not using! I will find somewhere else to spend my time and money.
