Once again it pays to go to Costco. Even when I only need one thing at Costco, yes I have amazing willpower to not get distracted by all the amazing deals, I always end up heading over to the gas pumps to fill up. Costco is so responsive, popular and treat their employees right, who then in turn treat us customers right. You can tell by the long lines, that this place is popular. During the cold or rainy days, many customers roll down the window which is closest to the pumps, so the employees can work more efficiently, which makes the service faster than if the attendants having to walk around the vehicles to the driver's side. (Of course, this depends on which lane you are in) Really, the lines are long, but as long as the customers pull up to the front station (which most of them do) the service is as fast as can be expected. read more

How do you review a Gas Station? Well Costco does what Costco always does. Despite the mobs of vehicles at their stations they staff them to get you in and out quickly and orderly. Makes me actually like attended service gas stations. No one likes to sit and wait ..tap tap tap.. for service and for the hose to be removed. Always fast, friendly and the price beats anyone in the area. COSTCO FUEL IS THE WAY TOGO! Also, this location is also really great. The attendees that help fuel your pumps are always prompt and ready to to. It can get crowded at times, we usually like to get fueled up after we went shopping inside so, It'll be a nice fuel up and head home. Traffic can get messy. This is the closest Costco for me and it's where I usually get my gasoline. The lines are frequently long but not as long as the Costco out by the Hillsboro airport. The staff is "ok" but many of them only have one speed and it certainly isn't overdrive. Prices are the best in town, of course, which is why everyone goes there. I was all excited about a Costco gas near my hood. The prices are always much better than the others. They only have 2 grades though, lowest or highest, no mid-grade, which is fine for me. The lines moves fast and I love the fact that they added a full lane in between the cars so you can skip to the front pump in case the back pump is not done - much more efficient. Why the 2 stars? Well, the last time I filled up there, my car acted funny later that day. It was hiccupping and caused my check engine light to turn on. I got the car checked and there was nothing wrong, and the only thing different about that day is the fact that I filled up with Costco premium gas. I didn't believe it initially; quite honestly, until moving west I didn't think Costco had gas stations. Then to be told "the gas prices at Costco are the greatest" I was still a doubter. Until.... my local Costco began breaking ground on the extended portion of their parking lot and opened for business. Don't get me wrong I didn't just jump in with both feet. I was still a little skeptical but after three, now four trips to fill up I am fully ingratiated into the "Costco is the greatest" theory. Though I'm not one to just peruse the aisles buying any and everything I can in bulk because I feel like I'm getting deal. I do cruise the local pumps gouging prices before I pull up to the Costco station -- which ALWAYS has a line five to six cars long at every pump -- to find "Costco gas IS the greatest"!!! No matter the price hikes Costco has consistently been at least $0.10 cheaper than the other stations in the area. And though I can't explain why I'm not really interested in knowing why either! The only draw back is not the fact I have to present my Costco membership card each time I fill up but that I have to exit the car to enter my authorization code if I decide not to use my AMEX. But if I'm saving more than $0.10 per gallon I guess the temporary up/down is well worth it! read more

I was pretty excited when they put in a gas station at this Costco location. They always have the best price around, sometimes substantially so. The attendants are always be-bopping from car to car super quickly, and the line moves fast even when it appears that the entire town is waiting. Friendly service too, better than most gas stations. I appreciate that they have 3 pumps in each row, and their hoses will reach around if you pull in on the opposite side of your tank (I thought all gas stations did this, but I was irritated to find out that it's not true!). The only inconvenience: Costco doesn't take credit cards (well, except AMEX), and you cannot use cash to get gas. If you want to use your debit, you'll have to get out to actually punch in your PIN. Don't get so confused about this that you just tell the attendant your PIN....this is what I did the first time I got gas here. I didn't think you were allowed to get out and even touch the pump in Oregon. I wondered why so many other customers were getting out of their cars and swiping their cards - I thought that wasn't allowed!!! Jeez, Mish, way to be a moron! read more

I stop at this location almost every week if not every week on my way to work just as they've opened up for service 1st thing in the morning since it's very convenient for me and I've never had any major issues with the staff that would prevent me from using this location. However I've always requested to be topped off / filled up with premium since it's my personal preference and normally I don't bother to look as I trust the staff since they repeat back to me what I'd like along with asking whether or not I'd like a receipt but these past couple weeks I've noticed they've been pumping regular even after they've repeated back what I asked for and by the time I've noticed they've already walked off to another customer and I don't want to call them back over to start the whole process over again... It doesn't ruin my day but it'll definitely prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. My suggestion for other customers is to watch what grade they press before walking off! read more
