I've only been here twice since the reopen. Two different pumps in the last few weeks. Both had issues. One wouldn't pump. The other kept saying "see cashier" and printed receipts that say $0.00. Wasted my time and could not fill up on both occasions. Both times I went across the street to the Shell and everything worked fine there. Now I know to always use the Shell and avoid this Chevron. I really like this store a lot. The night guys are great! Generally, Andrew or Derek pump my gas, it clicks off a lot but they are patient, that means a lot! I really enjoy coming in and talking with Wil, he is always positive and always has fresh coffee and a smile. I work as a merchandising agent at a local big box store and I notice this store seems to take pride in their merchandising! Their products are fronted & faced (brought forward and product name facing front). That is important when I'm looking for something. I can quickly scan the items and see what I want. Bad service. Having to wait forever for a receipt. Don't know what happened to this gas station

Rude service went in on Saturday and had to use the bathroom the service attendant was out on pump #10 I asked for $20.00 in supper he told me that I needed to pay inside because I was using cash. I ran in and put (2) $5.00 dollar bills and (1) $10.00 dollar bill down and Andrew the man at the counter told me I have to wait in line because he would forget this transaction. I used the restroom and came back and asked for $20.00 on pump #10. Andrew told me I only gave him $15.00 dollars I have to count it out for him and asked did you go to high school? I went back outside and the attendant was very nice and then Andrew came outside and handed me my money and told me to find my fuel elsewhere and that his manage would be in on Sunday. Sunday I called and talk to someone that was polite and told him what happened his reply was what did he do this time? Looking at their reviews you can see several reviews referring to this man (Andrew) so this makes me wonder why is he still employed here? The man I talk to on Sunday morning told me that they are working with him and that he would take down some notes and leave it for the manager on Monday. Called Monday and asked for the manager (Eddy) asked if he had reviewed the notes (No) to busy working the counter. Eddy told me he will review the notes and he hung up. I was always told without a customer you do not have a job or a busines. What has happened to this country? There is no more customer service and respect for the customer. I will never buy 1 drop of fuel or a drink from a Chevron station again. The attendant did apologize for Andrew's actions and just shook his head. Nice guy. read more

Alright, it's going to be glaringly obvious what a cheapo I am, I'm logging in to specifically leave a review for a GAS STATION. And no, their fuel isn't what's particularly cheap. But I have to give props to the owners, free air and water, and the compressors actually work. I don't have to spend $1.75 to air up my tire anymore, that makes me so happy. I wonder how long before some cretin dicks with the facilities enough that they take it away or start charging us. There are quite a few residents that are truly gifted at screwing up a good thing. And the self service car wash, the vacuums actually have great suction, and 4 minutes for a buck. ACTUALLY, the one I always use starts up when you put in 75 cents, but I don't know if it's a fluke or they're all 75, but I wish you knew how much this delights my inner cheapskate. Sad, but true. The guy started off by telling me to put rubbing alcohol in my gas tank in order to pass DEQ testing. I didn't realize why he started spewing this information out to me, but on my floor on the other side of my car was my DEQ test paperwork, which showed that I passed. I was creeped out that he was looking through my car and commenting on my stuff. He then proceeded to start "washing" my back windshield, and then told me there was bird crap on it. His "cleaning" resulted in him just smearing it all over my back windshield. Aren't they supposed to ask before cleaning your windows? On top of that, apparently they were out of super and premium gas. read more

I swear the gas attendant was high when we stopped here. He laid his head on his arms and started snoring right there in front of us while our gas was filling. And pretty sure the only verbal comments we got from him were a few grumbles. I did not feel comfortable as a customer. read more

Most of the time they are acceptable and a few of the Gad attendants are super nice but for some time now they are close at night, not close but just the gas. There is a guy inside the store but since no gas attendant no gas?. Why not close their store and pump gas, most people need gas because it's the first gas station you see coming from Newberg read more
