If you are confident in your services, let people move on without trying to wring money out of them if they need to stop training for whatever reason. Also, beginner pole dancers are permitted to be an instructor at this studio. Because Cincinnati is a small city without many options, Dimension Fitness is still in business. In other cities, people would choose a professional studio with more experienced instructors and non predatory billing practices. If you live in Cincinnati, find online instructors. Trust me.

She also has several classes across the street like kettle bell weights and yoga flow. Ariel and Pilates at this main location. A place to put your shoes and stuff. Doors are locked once classes start due to safety of the instructors and the clients. They also have several classes for kids. I personally took a self defense class here and learned so much! Parking is limited. Some spaces out front and some on the side of fine wine but most students park at Walgreens and just walk over. Highly recommend taking a look at their calendar!

I bought a 21 days pass so I could try out a few classes while in town and try different class options and instructors. I have loved all the classes and a big shout out to Robin, Britney, & Alicia. All lovely kind women, and enjoyed each of their class. Each class is unique and in a very intimate setting. I've loved them all and the classes have been so good for my body, mind, and soul! I wanted to stretch and try a yoga class. I found a kind, welcoming and old school, tho new spot! The instructor Kim was amazing and perfect for the flow. Update after going there for a few months. First review was after just a couple classes. Then the…read moretruth came out. They are definitely committing fraud with the No Show fees. They tried to charge me once for a class I was present for and I threw a fit and they refunded me. They subsequently tried it again another time, but I had started checking on the app after every class that they had checked me in, and I went to the desk and asked them to check me in as they hadn't after class. The lady looked at me as I told her my name, she pretended to check me in on the computer and I refreshed my app to make sure she did and she had not. I told her for the third time to check me in and she finally did. That is not a mistake. If I hadn't paid attention, they would have stolen a lot of money from me. After my experience, I informed my friends to make sure they check their accounts and between 3 other people that I went with, they charged 11 no show fees that they refused to refund when the girls were present for every class. That's $165 stolen just from people I know. I can only imagine how much they are making stealing from everyone who doesn't regularly check their accounts. If you don't check your bank account, they WILL (probably already have) steal from you. I have reported them to the FTC for the fraud. They are not certified to train anyone. Their certification consists of 7 hours. I am a certified yoga instructor and I spent 6 months of being in class for 24 hours every other weekend. I also have ti be CPR certified, which their staff is definitely not. My friend had a heat stroke there which landed her in the hospital and the staff did absolutely nothing to help her when she was passed out in the lobby. A fellow, good samaritan CLIENT took it upon herself to run and get her cold towels and offer to call 911 while the staff stood by and watched from afar and ignored the situation. Ultimately the kind woman called my friend's husband to get her and take her to the ER. My friends and I immediately cancelled our memberships. My $400 sunglasses were stolen from there. But other than that, it's great! I can't imagine this outfit lasts too long with their shady business model and incompetent "teachers."
