I was visiting from out of town and had the opportunity to visit Sage for two different services…read more Overall, the space is welcoming and warm, you are offered comfort from all members of their team. They have a lovely lounge area to rest before your service. The restrooms are private and well appointed. The check in area (check in process is easy and welcoming) has unique products that were reasonably priced (rare). I first had a massage with Reiki with Laura. Laura makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process and she is highly skilled. She is clearly intuitive and insightful regarding the physical and energetic body. I appreciated her style. They have a number of practitioners that I'm sure are just as talented, but I lucked out with Laura. I felt relaxed, grounded and peaceful afterward. I then got a facial with Brandon. Again, I was made to feel relaxed so I could enjoy the treatment. The products he selected were tailored for my particular skin, very intentional. Plus the products had wonderful natural scents. The facial included a mini-massage targeting the legs feet arms hands face. My skin looked and felt great. Again very skilled practitioner. I would highly recommend sage healing, if you are looking for self-care! Also...I saw they have community events including sound baths, plus I noticed many of the other customers were local repeat customers so that's always a good sign.

I have been a member of Salternative Spa for few years. I just went for my 90 minute massage…read moretherapy since the new ownership took over. I was very impressed with the major improvements to the facility. It looks very nice, organized and very clean. The front desk staff were professional and very helpful. My massage therapist was Trina. She is new to the spa but has vast work experience in massage therapy. She was amazing, very professional and a great listener, with a smile on her face. Throughout my massage she asked me how I was doing which I appreciated. Her massage technique was impressive. I felt so relaxed and my shoulder and neck stiffness which is a common issue for me, felt much better after my session. Thank you Trina for your care and expertise. I will be back next month for another amazing massage therapy session with you. Kind Regards, Maral

I called to make a booking over the phone I was told even though the package I was booking normally…read morewas in separate rooms, they would make the appointment a couple's massage (same room). When we got there, we started services, went to a waiting area for the massages and were told it wasn't booked as a couples, but they could do us separately so we reluctantly agreed. I went back, received a massage that was fine, but when I checked my phone my wife told me they never took her back. The story went from "your husband booked it wrong" to the masseuse had car troubles. They tried to offer other services that were not equal in value and we had taken PTO to have a relaxing day. They agreed to refund/not charge us. If it had ended there fine. BUT NOW. This owner is slandering my wife responding to a truthful review, saying she went ballistic and was violent, loud, and exposing herself. This is an absolute lie. Anyone who knows her knows she would never behave that way. Of course she voiced her frustration, but there was no screaming, or erratic behavior that the owner (WHO WASN'T THERE) describes in their pathetic response. The spa, by the way, did in fact charge me despite saying they wouldn't. Again, if they just admitted some fault and let it go, I probably wouldn't even dispute the charge since I did get a service. However, they told me they wouldn't charge, so they're going back on their word, and now even worse you're attacking my wife's character which is a complete lie and fabrication as a pathetic attempt to CYA. Well, now I will make sure your customers know the type of person they are dealing with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT
