The staff is probably the best perk about this spa. Extremely friendly and really do a great job of providing a relaxing treatment. I had the mountain rain shower which was a nice body scrub and pleasant rinse right on the table, an amazing body massage where she really focused on areas that I needed (and didn't know I needed), a pedicure, and super relaxing facial where I'm pretty sure I was so relaxed I dozed off. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Rebecca. This was the best massage I have had in years. The staff were fantastic. I felt well taken care of, and extremely relaxed and enjoyed every minute of my time there. The price was very reasonable. I spent an hour there to start and used the hot tub, dry sauna, and the shower. All were very clean and peaceful. read more

My daughter in law booked a massage for her and booked a pedicure for myself. We were able to enjoy the hot tub with snow falling and a refreshing soak in a cool pool with sauna. We had a really nice visit just the two of us before our scheduled spa appointments. My young lady came and brought me to my spa chair right on time. My young woman was Payton a really delightful young woman. She seem to know my every need. I probably for the first time ever really enjoyed my pedicure. I have very delicate sensitive feet! But she was very aware and was so sensitive to my very sensitive feet. Bonus was the nail polish was very fast drying without being a gel. I will try and go back every time I'm back visiting! I have had spa days here twice. Once in April 2014 and again in July 2017. Both times were fabulous. The spa is beautiful they offer a coed lounge for couple visiting together and a ladies only lounge. Both over look the water therapy pools. Unfortunately I never have used the pools as on my last visit I got a HORRIBLE sun burn and warm and hot water was not gonna be a good feeling. My 1st visit I didn't allow time to enjoy the pools. I have had facials and manicures. I like how they don't have a high pressure sales pitch for their products. The staff are friendly. I have left both times feeling refreshed and relaxed. Not sure they still offer this but I bought a CD of the music they play in the spa which is GENIUS. I will be back the next time I am in Idaho. read more

I've been here a couple of times for a spa pedi and was impressed. In February some friends and I took advantage of the overnight accommodations with $100 Spa credit. We spent and entire day in the spa and had the most luxurious relaxing time! Nikki is the best nail tech ever and I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Lori and massage with Hope. Candy is amazing at keeping everyone happy and having a good time while doing it and Sandy is wonderful as well. We had a fantastic time and the prices are reasonable. So beware of the mimosas as $7 a pop they can add up quickly :) read more

This spa is located inside of the new portion of the Couer d'Alene Casino in Worley, Idaho. It is very lush and tranquil. My husband and I decided on a couple's massage. The staff indicated we could arrive early and use the facilities. We were staying at the hotel so we changed into our swimsuits prior to arriving at the spa. --This back-fired on us, as we then didn't have clothes to wear back to our room -- however, the attendants were very gracious and allowed us to wear our spa robes and slippers, and just to leave them for housekeeping to pick up when we check out! Upon arriving, we were led to a shower room to pick out our robes and slippers. From there we were brought to a lounge with music, cucumber water, fresh fruits and dried fruits and nuts. We spent quite a bit of time discussing and tasting the wines that are offered on the menu before deciding upon a half bottle of wine and an appetizer. We relaxed in the outdoor "hot tub" while it was gently raining, very nice! We also made use of the sauna prior to our massages. The massage therapists were very nice and took time to make sure the pressure was what we wanted, etc. They also gave us a tour of the facility afterwords. We are definitely returning and will spend more time hanging out at the spa! read more
