If they would have given me an hour notice, I would not be complaining. The girl we communicated with on the phone from la nails was very rude and had no care for our time or inconvenience.

After she finished my dip manicure, I left & put on my reading glasses to see. I noticed dip powder on many fingers, not nails, and one nail partially covered. I went back to see if she could finish the nail and remove the dip. She had left, and the other technician told me to wash my hands and pick off the dip. After a week, the dip is chipping off my nails. Dip manicures are relatively expensive and generally last at least three weeks. I'll continue looking for a nail salon.
