She did not listen or do to what I wanted for my haircut. It looks awful - very choppy and she cut 5" off the front. I told her I wanted a trim but she did not do that. She yabbered non-stop for 2 hours then turned around and charged me $375! She wanted Venmo which you can't dispute and she wouldn't leave until I paid her the $375. I wanted her out of my house so I paid her. The next day after being so upset I asked for a Venmo refund for $100 because I was so unhappy, but she won't return phone calls or texts.
