I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I came in with a scheduled appointment specifically to get two acrylic nails repaired -- something that should have taken maybe 15-20 minutes. Instead, I was met with confusion and a complete refusal to do the service I had already booked. The technician at the desk claimed they couldn't help me because they didnt have the "Time" -- as if that somehow excuses denying a paying customer the service they requested. I wasn't asking for a full set or anything complicated, just two simple fixes. But instead of honoring the appointment or even offering a reasonable explanation, I was basically brushed off. Oh and i hear the Boss was out of town.. What kind of business can't function just because one person is away? That screams poor management and lack of training. If your staff can't handle basic repairs without a supervisor present, maybe you shouldn't be taking appointments at all. I wasted my time coming in, and the indifference I was met with made it clear they don't value their clients. I've been to many salons over the years, and I've never had such a ridiculous experience. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that's actually organized, professional, and willing to stand behind their work -- even when the boss is out of town. read more

I had a manicure and pedicure done prior to my wedding here. They are incredibly busy, but took the utmost care in doing my nails. Their attention to detail is amazing and they remained so kind despite being very busy. I am so happy with how my nails turned out and would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Me and my adult kids love this place. The staff is always friendly and they fit us in for our service needs. Good Job.

I have been a customer for multiple years I had an appointment today at 4pm I waited 30 min for Heidi to tell me she could not help me because I had fell on my nails and she did not have enough time I will never use them again beyond pissed I scheduled this appointment a week ago because I had a special work event coming up and I guess now I will be going to this even with crappy looking nails it was a very crappy experience I don't recommend if they had negative stars I would give them 5 negative stars read more

Let me start by saying I have been a customer of LA Nails for several years and have generally had good experiences. I made an appointment today for a mani pedi. and unfortunately was overdue for the pedicure. That's my bad. As the girl began my pedicure, I noticed she and her co-workers next to her giggling and talking while glancing at my feet, knowing I don't understand their language. This behavior continued for at least ten minutes. I finally asked if she thought I waited too long to get a pedicure which she replied yes while giggling with her co-workers. I then asked if they were laughing at me and she said yes no yes. I told her to quit laughing as that was very rude. It got very quiet after that. When my pedicure was finally over, I went to a different station for the manicure "fill". The man working on my manicure was witness to the previous episode. He became extremely rude when I asked him if he would do a different shape on my nails from the one I already had. He kept shaking his head and mumbling. I asked him what was wrong and he said it's very hard to change the shape because my nails were pointed. This made no sense. After enduring his rude behavior the entire time I couldn't wait to get out of there. I contemplated leaving in the middle of it but decided to stick it out. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip this time. (not like me) I feel like service providers expect gratuities whether they provide good services or not. That is not and should not be the case. It saddens me to say i will be looking for a more professional salon. read more

Tina was right on time and did a great job. I asked for pointed acrylic nails with gel polish. Boom! That's what I got! I would highly recommend LA Nails. read more

From the outside the salon looks ok. I got the deluxe pedicure. My friend got the regular pedicure. I was done WAY before her. The girl I had was in a rush and spoke very little English making communication very limited at best. The inside of the facility is not as clean as I would expect a salon to be. When my daughter asked for the callous remover they told her they don't do that. Buyer beware, find another salon or do your feet at home. Save the overpriced service for someone that cares about their profession. Obviously they're only here for the money. read more

Worst customer service ever. Rude owners. I asked for a gel but they did a dip and didn't tell me ahead of time, and raised the price. Never going back again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. read more

Visiting from out of town, needed a pink & white fill. The man who sits by the front door did my nails. It is the ugliest pink & white I've ever seen. Acrylic is way too thick and white is halfway down my nail bed. Not one thing natural looking about these nails..and, he charged me $50. He was so rough and my finger tips have small cuts from where he filed too aggressively. My fingers are still tender 5 days later. Terrible, sloppy job. Do NOT recommend! read more

I am a city girl, went to get my nails done two different days in a row. Both times I was told to come back. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS, is by appointment only. Would be nice if they had put a sign on the door that stated this. What aggravated me the most is that they didn't bother to explain this to me on day one, so I went back a second day and instead of telling me to wait a little bit until someone could do my nails, they just told me to leave THEN recommended I set up an appointment. Won't be back. read more

Mean, nasty customer service. Attempted to make an appointment and the woman in front refused to do our nails at ANY time during the day, because we had decided not to go to her other store in town, Spa nails due to a time conflict. The salons had called each other and communicated not to serve us. read more

If I could give these clowns zero stars I would. My partner got gift certs for us to go get pedis during our lunch hour. He said 11:45? they said better if you're here at 11:30. We got there a few minutes before 11:30 and at 11:45 we suggested we reschedule as they were clearly not close to giving us our pedis and us getting back to work on time, one guy was starting to fill a foot bath, the other person was M.I.A.. The person in charge immediately got rude and said that when we go to get a Pedi we need to wait 7 minutes or so. I again said no prob, we will reschedule for after 5 and her attitude was so rude to us. We didn't understand why she was so rude! We made an appt for us - after seeing we weren't going to make it back to work because they clearly were overbooked, instead of us getting upset we just thought we'de reschedule - no the person upfront chose to take the low road and was horribly rude to us. She spoke to us very rudely and clearly takes our service and money for granted. I'll go to Happy Nails to use the gift certificate as they won't refund us either. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS AND THEIR FAMILY MY MONEY - THEY DON'T DESERVE IT - BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND THER WHOLE FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The worst experience ever in my entire life.... And one of my nails are fucking crooked.. I do not recommend this fucking place

Kevin, his wife, and their staff are amazing. Great mani pedis. Beautiful and meticulous work. Good people and great prices. I only go here when I what my toes done. read more

Went in to do my nails with a group of four and all of our service was terrible. We went in to schedule an appointment and returned at our scheduled time. However the entire process was a rush as their other appointments scheduled for the same time came in. While doing my nails the staff was more interested in the news on tv then paying attention to what they were doing. The man who did mine continuously scraped my calf with the pumice while doing my feet. And then without even asking they put a design on my toes and charged. While this wasn't expensive it was definitely not worth the price. read more

I had a great experience here. In from out of town. $30 shellac manicure which was well worth it. Four layers of polish. Great place!! Funny employees. read more

I've been to La Nails twice and both times had great pedicures, there not over priced and very friendly. Had no trouble making an app, never had a long wait. read more

Terrible experience. One of the employee's children were running around crazy and kept hitting our table. She was not focused and it took 3 times longer than it should have for a manicure. Pedicure girl did not listen to any request/pain, just kept on cutting!! Then proceeded to go to the back to text message instead of finishing up with me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this nail salon, nor recommending it to anyone. Not relaxing at all! read more

Two people recommended LA Nails, and this location. The place is very clean, attractive. But, the manager was rude when I came in. I had called from a car dealership across town for an appointment. She said they were very busy and gave me two times available, 11:00 and 10:30. Then she said she could take me "right now". The time I called was 9:55, so the 10:30 was perfect, as I had to take a shuttle to get there. I arrived at 10:34 - the woman scolded me, said I had called 45 minutes ago and commenced to argue until I showed her my phone with the time I called. I waited a mere 5 min. The young woman who gave my pedicure was gentle and not great, but adequate. The same girl began my manicure and switched in the middle with the technician next to us. This woman's attitude was curt when I asked for a smoother file as my nails are thin and easily tear. This was the worst manicure I've ever experienced. One nail was left jagged (it tore with the filing), and the hand massage afterwards was rushed as she stood to do it, and not at all relaxing. Wasted $50, but still tipped the first girl $10 for her kindness and effort. ** Addendum - be careful what you ask for. I did ask for short toenails, and she cut one big toenail to the quick. Now several hours later, my toe is quite sore. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst manicure I've ever experienced. Manicurist got up and left half way through the service and left me waiting 20 minutes until someone else was available. I ended up trimming and filing my own nails while I waited. Cuticles look terrible, nails are crooked and still dirty, and the left polish on my skin. Seriously save yourself the frustration and stay away from this place. read more

Love this place; staff is very efficient, friendly, and works to get you in. I made an appointment for myself and 8 friends/ family members prior to my wedding and they made sure they were adequately staffed to fit us all in and get us done within an hour and a half! If you're just walking in, they are often very busy-- but call ahead, even the day of, and they'll make it work! read more

This place is always packed, never has openings, if you make an appointment you still have to wait upwards of 30 minutes. The staff are rude and the place is DIRTY! read more

This place is just ok. I was hoping for a better experience than when I had a manicure here. My pedicure was rough and kind of rushed. The girl who did the work was nice but the quality of her work was sub par. This is the kind of place you go if your desperate... Actually... I'd rather do my own pedicure. read more
