Clean, great customer service, flexible schedule to make an appointment. Also they use latest products such as 3D lashes or that I could wash or take a shower same day and it wouldn't effect my lashes. Before I had to wait two days to wash. I really wanted to like this salon, but I got the impression that they don't want customers at all. I had my lashes done (by Nora) and also inquired about getting my brows tinted. I told them that I wanted it done 2 days before I went on vacation, but no response. Fine. So I went without. Fast forward to 12 days and I contacted the person directly, asking about a 2 week touch up. No response. I gave them a chance albeit disappointed (twice!), so it's time to go to a different salon. It's very close to my house which was a huge plus, but also people were RAVING about Syuzanna. And I have to tell you, they weren't wrong! My lashes look amazing. I didn't want super long and curly lashes. I just wanted it to look natural, like I was really good at doing my own mascara (which I am not)! She is thorough and quick. I'm a loyal customer to Spa Lashes, having them done by Ella/Elmira almost all of the time. I took my mom to have her lashes done for the first time using the Express set (40 lashes/eye) with Melissa (since Ella's availability goes fast), as well as mine. Let me just note - Melissa did an amazing job! My mom was so happy that she wanted to add more lashes - luckily, another one of Ella's lash girls was able to take my mom right away since Melissa was already working on me and had another client after. My mom ended up having the Beauty set (80 lashes/eye), and I was ecstatic that Melissa was able to fit me for the Glamour set (120 lashes/eye). Ella also came in for her own client, and greeted me. I told her I referred one of my girls to her shop, and she gave me a $10 discount for referring her and my mom - Plus, I maxed my lash card, and was able to use my 50% off discount for my set. Best of the best!!! I've been going to this place for pass 10 months, there service is outstanding. I go with Syuzanna she is wonderful. She tells you exactly what looks good on you. She done my divine and glamour eyelashes and I just recently did Henna brows. I get tons of compliments on both. My eyelashes people think there mines,they look so natural. I came here about three weeks ago, saw them on yelp and thought why not! They have good reviews and they even won some awards. Well point blank, I was overly disappointed with the work I had done on my eyelashes. I arrived at 8 am , (I chose an early appointment because I had a meeting at noon) I appreciated them taking me before the store opened but I did not appreciate the lash lady taking close to three hours and overusing the glue she used on my lashes !! It was a thick and heavy black glue she said I could wet them the same day and they'd be fine, usually other lash placed tell you to wait a day or two , well I understood why she said I could wet them right away BECAUSE SHE USED WAY TOO MUCH GLUE! Not only that but the lashes didn't come out how I wanted them to and I didnt have have time to stay and have her redo them due to my meeting being at 12 and her being done around 11:20. I didn't take pictures because I thought they were really ugly and made me feel a bit insecure . I went to a new lash place for removal and a new full set and the lovely lady said she was going to use a different way of removing my previous extensions from Spa Lashes because they were being stubborn due to the lady using too much glue. The lady might've been new ? I'm just assuming because she took way too long doing them for them to come out looking the way they did. I won't be coming here again. read more

I don't even bother with make up anymore, just lip gloss and I'm out the door!
