At 12 AM, after hours of discomfort, I had to personally go to the front desk, where I was told at that late hour that I'd need to move rooms. This should have been addressed much earlier in the day. The front desk staff showed little empathy or accountability, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I travel frequently and have stayed in properties around the world this was among the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. Deserving a 1 star. I would strongly urge management to review this incident, as the current level of service does not reflect the pricing for this hotel or reputation of a five-star establishment. I would think twice before booking
