There's free valet parking, so they take your car right away, and once you step into the spa, it's absolutely beautiful. They really have everything you could possibly need--hair brushes and combs, blow dryers, even toothbrushes with toothpaste. Every detail is thought of. The atmosphere is so calm and luxurious, and the employees are incredibly welcoming and attentive. At one point, my friend's phone died, and they even charged it for her in their office--that's top-tier customer service. My best friend and I got the signature facials, and I have to say, they were worth every penny. That was definitely my favorite part. The beds were heated, the music was calming, and the whole experience was so soothing and relaxing--I didn't want it to end. After our facials, we enjoyed the amenities, which made everything even better. They have cozy reading nooks, coloring books with markers, complimentary mimosas, a jacuzzi, and access to the pool.
