The spa itself is located inside the JW Marriott Hotel. This hotel is off water street in Tampa, so parking can be a lot sometimes; however if you are doing a spa treatment they validate your valet parking which was very convenient! We checked in at the front desk and an attendant gave us a tour of the spa facilities. The spa area included a locker room, showers, steam rooms, sauna, and lounge area with tea, flavored water, bottled water, and small snacks like fruit, nuts, etc. The lounge area also had day beds and really comfy chairs! Outside had a beautiful view of Tampa, a mineral pool, and lounge chairs to enjoy the view. With all the amenities the price was definitely worth it! When booking a service there is a small note that idoes let you know that the 20% gratuity is automatically added to the final cost of what service you received. I had the YBOR REVIVOR THERAPY, this included a scalp massage. The oil that was used was amazing. While I enjoyed my experience thoroughly and the amenities, the massage itself was more of an 7.5/10. I believe the time for the massage itself actually includes the dressing and redressing-- so the amount of time didn't feel like the full 50 minutes of therapy. Overall this was an amazing experience and the customer service and staff were amazing and kind! I would return - next time I may book the customized massage so I could customize the time spent on more targeted areas.

There's free valet parking, so they take your car right away, and once you step into the spa, it's absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is so calm and luxurious, and the employees are incredibly welcoming and attentive. At one point, my friend's phone died, and they even charged it for her in their office--that's top-tier customer service. My best friend and I got the signature facials, and I have to say, they were worth every penny. That was definitely my favorite part. The beds were heated, the music was calming, and the whole experience was so soothing and relaxing--I didn't want it to end. After our facials, we enjoyed the amenities, which made everything even better. They have cozy reading nooks, coloring books with markers, complimentary mimosas, a jacuzzi, and access to the pool. Overall, this was such an amazing experience, and it's 100% worth your money.
