It's startlingly loud. I feel like they should either have someone up front, have the alarm be more like the Ring doorbell alarm on their phones OR have it more in the back area. It feels like it's ringing right above your head EVERY TIME someone walks in. With that said, two people were in the lobby when I came out from my massage. (Oh! The music was extremely loud and the dualing water features (one on each side of the room) were making it hard to relax. I would recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive to sounds, I am not but it was still overwhelming. I would go back and try again. This time with ear plugs and ask for deeper massage and maybe do 1.5 hours.
