Had a massage with Keiko as a bday present from hubby. The massage was very relaxing. Keiko is amazing at her job! When you get there, Keiko will welcome you. We both had masks on. She gave me a clipboard to fill out regarding where I feel pain or want her to focus. She has a little parking spot in the back for her appointments which is convenient for the area. Can't wait for my second appointment. read more

I enjoyed my massage here by Eiko. Her massage studio is small but well decorated. You can really feel classy when you are sipping water from a fancy glass after your massage. One way you can tell a professional massage place from a hole in the wall asian massage parlor is they give you a form to ask what areas you would like worked on or are causing you pain; another is that you sign about your medical conditions. The massage took place on a dressed up floor mat design. I felt warm enough and comfortable enough but was not used to being so low to the ground. I remember Eiko, the massage technician, beginning with my feet and washing them while I laid face down with a towel cover. She proceeded to work my legs and back. Her hands are smooth and strong. After working my back and arms she had me turn over to face up and worked on my head. I got an excellent scalp massage. The work she did on my lower neck was great too and was just what I needed for my computer neck. I don't know what kind of oils or lotion she used but it was good and I felt clean when I left. Five stars. She takes credit cards and has a loyalty program card that if you get 10 massages the 11th is free. read more

Keiko is an Amazing and highly proficient massage therapist and wonderful human being. She is kind, caring , patient and diligent. She listens to her client's concerns and customizes her massage therapy approaches to the the client's needs. I have significant musculoskeletal strain and tension issues involving my upper and lower back, neck, shoulders and occasionally lower extremities. I am a recurring customer every 4 weeks and she always adjusts her massage approach after checking in with me re: the current problem areas that I am dealing with that day. Her techniques for me include deep tissue massage / Swedish / shiatsu with elements of acupressure and cupping. Each visit after seeing her, I feel significantly better for a longer duration of time than with other therapists whom I previously tried. I highly recommend Keiko for a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience. read more

Just returned home from a 90-minute massage with Keiko and feel relaxed and loose. She's trained in multiple modalities and tunes into each client's needs with appropriate techniques. Shiatsu, pressure point, Swedish, reflexology - she has a lot of talent and is empathetic, professional and kind. The spa is small, elegantly decorated, clean and quiet, tucked into one of Laguna's corridors just a few steps from Coast Highway. I highly recommend a 90-minute if you have the time. read more

I have been waiting for Spa Eiko to reopen from its temporary close due to COVID-19. I made an appointment as soon as I find out they are open. The owner gave me a new mask and asked to wear it instead of the mask I was wearing in the store. It seemed she was making sure to follow the COVID-19 safety guidance that made me feel safe and comfortable. The reason I like this spa beside giving a great massage is that this spa is completely private and no other customers during your appointment. The owner Keiko adjusts her strength of massage per your preference. Unlike some other massage places, Keiko will start counting the time when she actually starts a massage. So I had a full 60 minutes of a massage as I made the appointment for. The massage you get at Spa Eiko is well worth for what you paid for. You won't regret coming here. read more

Before Keiko started working on me she did all kinds of interesting "folds" with my legs to stretch them out. All I could think of was I felt like I was an origami in progress. You will love her studio as it's so serene and the massage tables remind me of gift packages all wrapped in beautiful fabrics. I took the massage table that seems to be a modified futon (it wasn't but looked that way) on the floor. She has a regular one but I opted for the one on the floor. That is where she does her Thai massage. What a wonderful masseuse. I think it's the first time I've had a massage in years where I didn't ache all over from people being overzealous with my muscles. She is the first person who understood I do not want to have my body pummeled and ground up. I had a car accident that left my back and neck too sensitive to regular massage. At the end of this serene experience, she served me a pot of extremely well-made Japanese tea. I took a 90-minute appointment today and I'm going to do 2 hours next week. read more

I've been needing a massage for my tight shoulder and back and finally decided to try Spa Eiko! I am so happy I did! I booked a 90 minute massage with Keiko! She is fantastic! Her massage is combination of traditional Thai, stretching, acupressure, deep tissue and Swedish! And she knows exactly what to do in the different parts of the body that needs attention. I was able to fully unwind and relax and enjoy the massage. The space is darling and quaint and I immediately relaxed the minute I laid on the massage bed. After my treatment, she has water and Japanese twig green tea waiting for me which helps with circulation and blood flow. It was a perfect finish to the treatment! read more

Keiko, Today was my birthday and I decided that this would be a great gift for me and my wife. I read all the reviews which convinced me to go to your spa. Not only were the reviews right on, I would say that this was the best massage I have ever had. Keiko is fantastic that she uses a warm and cold cream at the same time. I believe that she found every muscle area in my body that I was not aware of. Thanks Keiko for making my birthday a very special day. read more

I get regular massages at one nearby my house, and am pretty particular about messieurs. I tried this one when I was visiting Laguna Beach. Keiko is GOOD!!! Just got out of a one hour massage with Keiko and I feel great. She's a total expert. I asked for a focus on my neck and she really hit the spot. The place is in the back of a courtyard in Laguna Beach, near hotels and shops, but still easy to park. Highly recommend. read more

A wonderful experience. So grateful I found Spa Eiko. A little treasure in Laguna Beach.

I had a wonderful experience with Keiko. An excellent massage in a calming environment. Keiko intuitively found the right spots and applied the proper pressure. My body loved the stretches. You need to be able to appreciate the small space and the floor mat (heated by the way) to enjoy the experience. I do and I will definitely go back. read more

All I can say is wow! I've been looking for a new masseuse for a little while and I am so thankful to have found Keiko. She is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel comfortable! So glad this spa is back open. Had a message yesterday that was tremendous and at a great price. Keiko was meticulous with her safety and COVID protocols and once again did an amazing job on my massage. My sore back felt amazing today. I'll definitely be back to see her soon. Thank you for your great care! read more

Wonderful massage, from a very kind woman. The studio is small, but for me, the most important part is the quality of the massage, and I get massage at least once a month, sometimes more. I was staying at Surf and Sand Resort down the road, and having gone to their spa, wanted to try something not as pricey. (That spa is fine, but not worth the high prices at all.) Anyway, I walked just a few short blocks from the hotel on a beautiful Laguna Beach morning and had a GREAT therapeutic massage by Eiko. I can't put a finger on it, it was just great. She adjusted to my request for more pressure and stayed away from my difficult knees as I requested. Her prices are affordable and I felt like I got maximum value for my money. I would go to her all the time if I lived in Laguna! read more

I had a great experience at Spa Eiko Massage! Keiko, the owner and massage therapist, was such a kind and caring person. I did the 60 minute $85 session. When you first walk in, you're asked to sanitize your hands, check your temperature, and switch your mask to the one she provides you. You also fill out a form that asks for specific requests like the type of massage (Swedish/Deep Tissue), massage intensity (light/medium/heavy), body areas you want her to focus on, etc. Each session is done in a private room. The massage environment was relatively quiet and peaceful (occasionally I did hear people talking loudly and cars honking outside but it didn't bother me too much). I especially liked her scalp massage, it even made me fall asleep. She also provides complimentary tea and mini fruit bowl after the session. It's a little difficult to find this place since it's hidden behind shops, but this place is definitely Laguna's secret treasure!! read more

Keiko was awesome! She was very professional and one of the best masseuse I have had. Very calming place at a very affordable price, especially for SoCal! Highly recommend her for a relaxing massage. read more

This is a hidden gem massage salon in beautiful Laguna! Clean, polite and good quality massage by Keiko-san. Arigato-gozaimasu

Keiko was so wonderful. Her techniques are great and my stress and knots melted into never land. It was hard to leave at the end of the massage session. Highly recommended, thank you so much Keiko. read more

A true artist who cares about her art. This is more than a massage, this is a journey. I had no expectations going in, and I am someone who enjoys her regular massages wherever I go. My experience here has elevated my expectations for future treatments. Eiko has a passion for what she does and she shared it with me. I am a better person for that. Her hands were strong but delicate, she explored areas that I had not. A truly great massage. read more

My back has been acting up for several weeks. Came for a staycation in Laguna. Most everg place I called was booked. I found Spa Eiko on Yelp. So charming. Got in right away. Fantastic massage. Loved the scents. Will be getting a second massage before we leave Laguna. Was very affordable. Definitely recommend!! read more

Absolutely wonderful experience. Brilliant combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and Thai massages all into a single Spa Eiko massage. Keiko's blending in of Thai massage means that your body gets the stretching it needs to truly address the muscles. The deep tissue massage releases the knots. (She can also walk on your back for deep release work.) And the Swedish massage makes it relaxing. I went back twice during our vacation in Laguna Beach. I wish I could go back now! The studio is lovely, clean, and smells great with aromatherapy. It accommodates client at a time but her schedule seemed pretty flexible for last-minute bookings. She also has a loyalty program for repeat customers (which I wish I could take advantage of now!) Keiko is a delightful person - very professional and kind. Spa Eiko is a top of the line package at a reasonable price. read more

Perfection. I was looking for a good spa option during a recent staycation in Laguna because our hotel spa facility was all booked up...I came across this little gem on a lovely afternoon stroll. The location is quaint and tucked away, which some could easily dismiss, but I had an absolutely perfect experience. Keiko was kind, attentive, and really zero'd in on my areas of concern. While it doesn't have the frills of a hotel spa (sauna, etc.) I'm totally ok with that because it was a perfect massage and experience. Wll definitely return next time I'm in Laguna. read more

Keiko made me feel welcome and pampered from the moment I walked in. From the cool water in a chilled glass to the lengthy, varied and very soothing massage with mixed techniques it was such a nice experience. I hope to go back again! read more

Found this new grand opening little hidden GEM THAI massage while walking on my way to lunch at Laguna Beach. Went back to get a massage the next day. I can honestly say that it was one of the BEST massage I have ever had with Kay. I have been getting massages for years, never felt as energized, relaxed and calmed as with her massages. She was gentle yet firm. I had a good night sleep and felt relaxed still the next day. I am overall very impressed by my masseuse! 5 stars all the way. Will for sure come back for another massage! Thank you Kay, you are the BEST. read more

This was singlehandedly the best massage I've ever had - and I've had many massages in my life. Keiko is the sweetest and the most talented masseuse. Spa Eiko provides a relaxing experience the moment you step foot inside the door. The calming decor and beautiful artwork around the studio lets you know that this is a professional classy spa for massage and relaxation. It is a small place, which is nice because you don't have to deal with other patrons. Keiko provided the perfect balance between gentleness and pressure. The stretching techniques she applied worked in combination with the deep tissue massage sessions. I left feeling rejuvenated. read more

My delicate nature requires an experienced masseuse to know how deep to massage my neck and shoulders and ways to disconnect those tight muscles without making me sore in the process. Keiko is just that kind of expert whose gentle but firm hands provided me great relief. I'm so greatful she is readily available and always very happy to see me. Tried the chain salons and always felt undone, other masssuers were too busy, but Keiko, even as her new business is growing, always makes time for my schedule. Love her! HIghly recommend. Love how she used pressure points also, to address my shoulder issues. Kind and thoughtful. Lovely rooms, too. Liked how CLEAN and well appointed her two rooms are designed. That mattered to me very much. read more
