She is extremely skilled at all the various massage techniques and never fails to provide a luxury experience customized to your needs. I love deep tissue and my fiancé likes to get a combination Thai massage with stretching. Her massages have also helped me manage my migraines and TMJ jaw pain. She really has been a life saver. Her deep tissue massages are incredible. My fiancé and I always fight over who gets Eve haha Sunday was my first time getting a massage by Priyada. I opted for a deep tissue massage and she didn't not disappoint. The massage was amazing. She worked on the knots in my shoulders along with my lower back. She also did some work on my stomach, I'm not sure if it was lymphatic drainage or what it was, but whatever it was, I didn't even realize how much I needed it. It aided in digestion and just kind of helped everything move along. I felt so much better after immediately following the treatment. No more back or stomach pain. I love the hot stones, truly such a relaxing experience worth every penny. I wish I could come here every day. The spa itself is a quaint hidden gem in Laguna with tons of available parking. I scheduled a couples massage for me and my husband on Friday and the experience provided by Bella and Natalie was absolutely amazing! The spa is very clean and beautiful and you can make adjustments throughout your massage working on specific areas including deep tissue massage, which I requested due to a lot of neck and back pain from sitting at the computer too much at work. If I could give it more, I would. I have had many massages throughout my life. I play tennis 3-4 days a week, and know when I need some loosening up! Natalie is one of the best therapists I've ever had and for the price....definitely the best. She can tell what muscles are knotted up and works hard on them. You can use her to fix a problem or just to relax your muscles. Just let her know what you want! I went to her when she was at another place, but Emerald Thai is nicer and easy to park. Bella provided an excellent deep tissue massage that resulted in a lot of pain relief in my back, shoulders, and neck. The spa itself is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably clean. It's quiet and not overcrowded, creating the perfect relaxing environment. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right between North Laguna Beach and Corona del Mar. There is paid parking right in front of the shop, so I don't have to deal with the traffic and chaos to the downtown. The entrance is a little tricky to find since it's next to a building, but it's well worth the visit. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of service you receive. They use organic coconut oil that is gentle on the skin, I have sensitive skin and often break out, but I've had no issues here at all. The oil smells amazing, unlike many other places I've been to. The spa also has private and couples' rooms and is run as a family business, which makes the experience feel warm and welcoming. One of my favorite things? The loyalty card program! After 12 hours of massage, you get 1 hour free perfect for me since I get massages every week. They also serve hot pandan leaf tea after your session, which is such a nice touch. I'm a bit reticent to write this review because I don't want to share my secret spot and have a hard time scheduling her, but Veena is absolutely amazing!!! She gives the perfect amount of pressure, very intuitive about where your knots/pain points are located, and is just a wonderful gem of a masseuse. I'm extremely picky with massages; it's been difficult to find a masseuse who balances out strong therapeutic + stretching techniques to untangle areas of your body that need work. Weight lifting and running, plus long hours in front of the computer = tight, achy, sore muscles. It felt like I was becoming Quasimodo over time. Veena to the rescue! She knows how to coax those deep knots beneath your muscles, performs these amazing Thai stretches that really hit problem areas, and has a very clean and soothing spa facility. I highly, highly recommend her. She is life-changing, really. I sleep so well after my visits and my workouts have been even better - I attribute it to her magic and stretching that aids in flexibility. Trust me, I've tried them all between all of SoCal, NYC Chinatown, Thailand and even random place like Dubai and the EU. Veena is highly skilled, she can read your body with one touch and will cure your soreness. Make sure to tell her how you like the pressure. My husband and I come here on a regular basis now, and we always enjoy our visits.
