Welcoming and spotlessly clean, VDS is an oasis on the North Fork. My wife and I got 60 min full body PLUS a life altering 60 min head massage for less than we would spend on a hit or miss dinner out here. The experience is so worth the price that I will spare you a review and offer an endorsement. Just Go. This place is a mini vacation provided by a staff who care and orchestrated by owners who understand value and appreciate it over projected guilt. If you own a N Fork restaurant and this review irritates you...good. Up your game or go ahead and close your doors. The quality of massage therapist is truly where Hampton Spa Tranquility shines. We were taken in for our appointment right away and as soon as our therapists started I could tell they knew what they were doing. They start with a back massage for about 20 minutes then they move to your feet and do that reflexology massage. Oh my I couldn't believe how good it felt. Our first visit we were in a common room with several beds. Not a big problem but I prefer privacy. Next visit David puts us in a private room for two. Different therapists but same fabulous experience. Now we have a standing reservation every Sunday at 9:30 AM. They really say they open at 20 but I am now besties with David and he accommodates us at 9:30 AM. So you think I'm exaggerating, just show up there any Sunday at 9:30 and you'll see us there. I called about 1 week prior to our stay and spoke with Luann who was incredibly helpful in working with me to schedule treatments for 5 people. Everyone in my group had great treatments, especially the butterfly signature massage which includes a back scrub. When I first walked in, I thought it was just a regular salon but then I was told to go through the curtains into a small lounge area. It was set up with seating, mimosas, water and some cookies. The treatment rooms were easily accessible. I highly recommend this place.

My visits there did not prepare me for the new Blue Water Spa in Southampton! Luxurious, yes, quaint, no, but the vibes were relaxation, and very much the Hamptons. A glass of Prosecco would have made the experience perfect and the price of my massage would have definitely covered it. The massage, deep tissue, was to offset, I hoped, some lower back problems I've been having and my masseuse, sorry, forgot her name, was excellent. She listened and learned, and tackled the area causing the pain. Between the manipulation and the excellent choice of soothing zen-like music, by the time I got up, I was feeling perfectly dreamy!...in fact, i think i fell asleep once or twice on the table. As to the price, i think it's high for an hour massage, but by the time we were done, I felt it was worth it...and it's the Hamptons, after all. I've been a client since their original location, and it has been wonderful to watch Sandi and Camille grow the spa into what it is today. They are two amazing women who genuinely care about making other women feel good, and that comes through in everything they do. The spa is beautiful and feels like you've stepped into a high-end resort, but what really sets it apart is how warm and personal the experience is. There are always those little extra touches that make you feel so taken care of. And Nancy gave me, without question, the best massage I have ever had. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend Spa St. Tropez enough. Sandi, Camille, and the entire team have created something really special.
