I have scoliosis so I have a lot of back issues, plus the muscles in my lower back and glutes were extremely tight. I asked for firm pressure, which was kinda painful on my glutes, but she was careful but still firm. I was a little sore when I left, but was feeling much better the next morning. I would definitely recommend them if you're needing a massage.

Unfortunately, we lost a family member due to Covid and had to leave the state and didn't know when we were going to be able to come back let alone get a massage. I gave a call to see if I could get a refund and Carlos was the most gracious, understanding, and beautiful person I could have gotten ahold of. He was able to accommodate me by refunding the money over the phone and I didn't even have to come in. As soon as I find myself back in the Kissimmee area I will definitely be paying him and Aviles a much needed visit. Please hold your loved ones close during these trying times and if you are too stressed just pay this spa a visit, they'll take amazing care of you. Thank you again Aviles and Carlos again for your spectacular care. 10/10.

I had Linda as my masseuse who spent a good deal of the massage standing on my back. I mean literally standing (supported by overhead bars) on my back. This is not for everyone and make sure to tell your masseuse if this is too much for you. Since I'm built like your average overgrown gator, I found this very therapeutic. I made an appointment on their website, which was convenient. The place is very clean and quiet and the front desk worker and masseuse were both very nice and professional. Located in a small strip mall between a pizza place and a barber shop I highly recommend this place.

Sandy was charismatic and clearly knows her stuff, but this was not a deep tissue massage like I…read moreexpected. I was confused because she said my back muscles were too tense to reach the spots she needed, and felt that she ignored my mentioned target areas to spend a large part of her time on my extremities. Her technique is abnormal, instead of slow deep movements like my last deep massage, she does a lot of shaking and dropping of your limbs. This was to 'loosen' me up. I admit that I'm tense, but that was why I was getting a deep tissue massage. In actuality, I feel like the tissue of my back was hardly touched and I felt guilty for coming in so tense, as she repeatedly told me that I was not relaxing when I was trying my absolute hardest, and said that I was causing her pain by coming so tense. The guilt trip was rough- I've never felt at fault for arriving tense to a deep tissue massage before. If this is her method of deep tissue massage that's her prerogative but I do wish it had been advertised in such a way as I left feeling a bit battered and with none of the knots in my back addressed much at all. I'm a college student so this was a big spend and I wish I had known she had such unusual methods.
