They routinely keep only one cash register open in the pharmacy, even though there are seven staff members in the back. Some of them just stand there watching while the line stretches all the way down the medicine aisle and backs up to the photo counter. On top of that, they're "temporarily closed" almost all the time. After years of using them, I finally switched all my prescriptions to Walmart. It's so much easier, and they consistently have my medications in stock. Right now, Walgreens has an old claim on file for my Mounjaro. When I closed out my meds with them, I told them to put it back because I was switching everything to Walmart. Instead, they processed it as if I picked it up. Now I can't fill it anywhere until they reverse the claim. What a joke of a company.

This location is close to work and I was able to find the Sagely products near the other pain relief items without issue. Should I need to grab a DVD for the evening, there is a large Redbox kiosk outside, too. The store was bright and clean and the cashier at checkout was friendly and efficient, really everything that you could ask for in a Walgreens.

The prescription was called in about two in the afternoon and It still wasn't done when they closed at eight. I was there first thing in the morning because I really had a rough night without it. It still wasn't done! I was told 15 minutes. I now I have it and now I'm done with Walgreens. I don't know where I'll go next. I'm going to have to try a few different ones but it wont be Walgreens. The main building is nice inside and has plenty of lobby seating before a sales meeting. Inside there is so much memorabilia about the Walgreens family and how they got their start in the pharmaceutical business. It truly is a business passes down through the generations. The office park is located next to the highway for easy access and there is plenty of free parking if you want to come inside and see all the Walgreens collected merchandise through the years.

I usually refrain from writing reviews based on one person but she continues to be rude and unpleasant to work with. Today as I was walking away, visibly upset but did nothing to her since it wasn't her fault, I hear someone cackling and then 'well it's not my fault'. Okay, we get it but nobody blamed you. So in return as I was frustrated I responded back with 'maybe it is'. This was a breaking point as she's been very unhelpful and genuinely awful to be around on a number of occasions.
