From the moment I signed up, I received messages asking about all my preferences as well as clarifying information on the intake form. Once I got to the office, Nicole asked me some additional questions to ensure my experience would be customized at to my liking. She did a fabulous job working on my problem areas, and the slow increase of pressure was a great way to loosen everything up. I also loved the add on of the hot stones, it was such a relaxing time. I traveled to ATL for my daughter's 30th birthday and wanted to get massages for her, my sister, my mother and myself on a Saturday. The decision to get a massage was last minute. I called several locations that I had visited in the past but of course everyone was either booked or couldn't accommodate four people at the same time or at a slightly staggered slot. I prearranged for us to have brunch before the massages. Since my normal spa locations were not available I began looking for spas that were near where we planned to have brunch that morning. After a long online search I came across a few locations of which Spa Amore was one. I called when the site said they were open but didn't get an immediate answer so I continued my search but was feeling pretty defeated thinking that I would not be able to secure an appt for us. As I was moving about my day getting ready for my flight later that evening I received a text from Spa Amore at 1036a stating they were sorry they missed me and how could they help me. I responded to the message not thinking anything would come of it. But, I soon realized that Jessica was more than willing to try to help me so my hope was beginning to be restored and the day I was trying to plan for my daughter upon my arrival was becoming more of a reality. Jessica spent most of the day working out a plan with another massage therapist that could provide service. By 525p that evening she called back confirming that she was able to secure services for us with an one hour gap ( two at 1230p and the other two at 130p). When I tell you I was overjoyed, I was overjoyed. Out of every place I called in Atlanta, Spa Amore were the ONLY ones that was willing to try to work with us to make this happen. Yes, I know it was last min but that's what makes this entire experience so joyful which almost moved me to tears. They literally went above and beyond to help us. Day of Appt: the morning of our appt I received a text stating they looked forward to seeing us that afternoon and she made sure I had the address. Upon arrival, they greeted my daughter with a happy birthday balloon and flowers which was such a beautiful act of kindness and one that my daughter loved as well. Service and Quality: As a spa critic and someone that goes to the spa on a regular basis and appreciates relaxation therapy, today was one of the BEST massages I've ever had. Tanya and Jessica had us walking out with every muscle in our bodies so relaxed we couldn't believe how much we needed a massage. The love and care we were shown today truly warmed my heart and we all LOOOVVVVEEDD our experience today. Theres no other way to describe today other than an experience and one that I highly recommend to everyone. Spa Amore expresses the love your body needs. Thank you again for an AMAZING afternoon. Spa Amore is located in an office building and can be hard to find. Once inside, it's a very small and dark reception area. My initial appointment was not honored accordingly so I had to revisit on a different day to actually receive a massage that I prepaid for. Unfortunately, the massage was not relaxing and the linens on the headrest were noticeably unwashed and odorous. Overall bad experience. read more

I am really disappointed This is really unprofessional. I have an appointment today (Monday, 03/19/18) at 2.45 pm. I have arrived early around 2.35 pm. I walked and found the front door was locked. I called the store as well as the owner's phone number, but I didn't hear back from her at all. I am really looking forward to this massage because I have never been to the massage for more than a year because of my baby and working. I've never had a massage before and my friend was insisting I try one so I went on groupon and saw a whole bunch of deals but went with this little gem and I couldn't have been happier^_^ Jessica is the owner and manager of Spa Amore and she is absolutely amazing. She opened up this spa in 2015 and has been a massage therapist for 9 years so don't worry, you'll be in great hands. The place is small but it's so relaxing and quiet. It's not fancy schmancy because really, you don't need all that stuff. You need a place that will let you feel at ease and help you find a sense of peace, which is what Spa Amore is all about. It is a bit far away if you're not in the Roswell area but I think it's worth it if you want to treat yourself to an A+ experience. The specific location may be a tiny bit hard to find because your GPS will lead you to the general area but there are a lot of offices around so they'll text you all of the location info when you make your appointment with them. Which reminds me, they are by appointment only so make sure you call them beforehand to schedule. Jessica was awesome in communicating with me all the possible times and really made the process super easy. Now to the massage, it was AMAZING. I did the medium to firm option and it was great! Often we're so busy running around, sitting in traffic, working, that we forget how much stress we put on our bodies. Treating yourself to a massage every once in a while is a must! That's what my friend told me and I'm so glad I listened. You'll feel so nice and new after this experience that you'll wonder why you never booked a massage sooner! *guilty* Jessica makes you feel very comfortable so nothing's awkward. She asks you what you would like to focus on and what your preferences are so you feel at ease. By the way, I completely recommend the 90 minute option because trust me, you'll wonder why you didn't. Also I had the option to pick between the hot stones or feet scrub and I went with the hot stones, which was again, awesome. So I can't really say anything about the feet scrub but I'm sure it's equally as good. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I made an appointment and showed up a little early. Jessica was my therapist and was very friendly, which is always nice! :) One thing that took away from the whole experience is that Jessica was playing spa music from her phone, which she would move to different places throughout the massage... the massage bed, up by my face, on a stand nearby and one time on my covered leg, etc... What bothered me the most was when she would use one hand to massage and she was on her phone with the other... and not just that but when she was so into what was on her phone that she stopped massaging with the only hand that was massaging!! I would shrug my shoulder or slightly move whatever area she was massaging and then she would start massaging again-- that happened at least 3 times!!!! When I'm getting a massage, I just want to be able to relax... but at this place, I was following the music to different places that she would move her phone around to and then trying to get her focus back on massaging instead of being on her phone... not professional at all. I have been here twice but wish I could come more often however its far from my house but the two times I have been have been great!!! It smells great and calming when you walk in. Jessica the owner is super sweet and friendly. My massage therapist was AMAZING!!! I forgot her name but only because I have a million things going on but her hands were magic soft like silk but strong. She gave me an amazing massage and it was the little things I noticed that made my massage perfect, 1 she didn't wear shoes and for a person that doesn't know how to really relax any little sound makes me tense up this was huge for me, 2 they give you a neck pillow when you flip over and lay on your back and for someone with neck injuries this made a huge difference and 3 it was so quiet!!! The music was blaring like some places trying to drown out noise. I had the hot stones and foot scrub which was perfect add on's. This is truly a gem!!! read more

The outside of the spa looks so-so but once inside it is gorgeous. The spa is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Room was quite, comfy and just the right temperature. It was very cold outside and the table sheets/cover were warmed and ready for me to snuggle into. Saw Adesuwa and she really listened to what I wanted (and didn't want) in a massage.
