Mind you I tried to get out of my appointment that morning and my appointment was at 5:30. You mean to tell me that you didn't have enough notice to let your massage tech aware???? She then proceeded to charge me AGAIN. Melissa did not want to hear anything I said and she proceeded to huff and give attitude on the phone. I will not be going here and I'm glad I didn't. I will be calling my card company to dispute this charge.

My husband surprised us with a couples massage two weeks ago first time we tried this place. Place…read morewas clean and people were friendly. They could not take us into the couples room as they booked a walk-in. So the couples massage turned into us both being in separate rooms. that was no big deal but my masseuse stopped about six times to go out and talk to people answer, phones, etc.. whereas my husband had his full 90 minute uninterrupted massage. He loved it and will definitely go back. i'm willing to give it another try, but with a different masseuse. They need to work on the time management a little better though.

Definently lacking in spa etiquette. There was no blanket to cover me so I waited to see if there was a nicer room. Maybe one without laundry and some blankets or sheet like a spa usually has. She brought me to another room again no covers. When I asked she handed me a towel. I was getting uncomfortable but I really needed a massage. My body was fatigued and needed some TLC. She massaged my back for the entire hour and never massaged my legs or feet my favorite part of a full body massage. I booked a hot stone massage which usually is full body. Again no way to communicate. The towel basically covered a small portion of my body so I was cold and uncomfortable most of the time. Im surprised they are still open. Will never return. Poor service, thumbs down

I like a very firm, deep tissue massage and these ladies are able to give me their best efforts that leaves me feeling great for days. The massage is always very thorough and progresses in a very logical order. There is also a table shower option included, which I always take. The feeling of being very clean to start the session helps me to relax. The fee of $60 for 60 minutes is also very reasonable. My decision to make the short drive here from LBI is an easy one given the quality of the massage.

There was only one person on staff at the time I came and she was still the only one there when I left. I wondered if anyone came in at that time for service who would assist them, since she was busy with me. She gave me a great massage and even gave me a little extra time. I think her name is Anna, she was friendly sweet and extremely pleasant. Overall, the massage was great! However, she does not understand a word of English and when I say not a word I mean not a word. So the only way to communicate with her was through google translation. Before the massage I didn't mind talking to her through google translation since I'm very accepting of others. However, at times in middle of my massage she was a little to tough and it hurt. I said ouch, don't think she understood to go lighter and I wasn't going to use google translation in middle of my peaceful massage. My overall experience was great and was easily noticed by my difficulty in accepting that the massage was actually over ! Your serious??? That hour flew by! As a btw their price is phenomenal for one hour is 50 dollars! Oh, and don't forget to tip! To make a long story short, overall great experience with some language barriers!! But that won't keep me from coming back!
