Not only did it take 1 year to complete this project (permit delays due to incomplete paperwork and no-shows by A&A Concrete Solutions), but it was also done poorly. Ariel is very quick to collect deposits and will smile in your face and say the right things. But will give you the runaround, odd excuses, or flat out ignore your calls/messages when there is an issue. There are DOZENS of cracks 2 months after the concrete was poured, edges were left unfinished, & the sealant was applied poorly and uneven (see picture). Ariel agreed that the work was done improperly and he would have it fixed. In addition, he made decisions at his own discretion and did not install the drain we discussed. Now there are pools of water every time it rains. When we pointed this out to him he said in order to fix it we would have to tear up the concrete completely and start all over. It was clear he was not at all involved with the project nor supervised his employees. We have spent the past 3 months trying to coordinate with Ariel to fix the work and the items we discussed. Even after agreeing on dates and times to fix the work Ariel and his crew either wouldn't show up or would show up a different day and time where we couldn't supervise or sign off on the incomplete items. Until this day we have been trying to contact them and they have ignored our calls and text messages. Due to their lack of response it looks like we will need to hire another company to fix A&A Concrete Solutions. We are in the process of submitting a complaint to the DBPR and discussing the best next steps with an attorney. We will not be going away until this is resolved. If you have been affected by this company negatively I urge you to share your experiences on all platforms (Yelp, google, Facebook). Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. This company will waste your time, energy, and money.

He was also very punctual and provided clear timeline/expectation of the work. From the beginning, we knew we picked the right company. During the process, I asked Stephen several questions regarding overall design, logistics, and timing. All of which he would answer within minutes at any hour of the day. He sent over new paver/concrete dimension the same day we met him, adjusted design within a few days and had pavers ordered right away. The pavers were delivered from Gem Pavers in 4 weeks and his team was hard at work within a few days of delivery. He is present throughout the process and made sure work was done correctly. His team was also very nice, professional, and worked really hard to deliver my driveway. Everything worked like clockwork and came out so beautiful. When there was an issue with my existing concrete near my door frame, Stephen had his team out within an hour to fix it. I have gotten so many compliments on the pavers and it wouldn't have been possible without All Day Pavers. I can't say enough great things about our experience. If you are having a difficult time choosing between companies; I think the choice is very clear. Thank you Stephen and team for giving me my dream driveway! When we called JR he came over right away to give us an estimate. JR was professional, friendly, and gave us the best quote out of all the businesses that we contacted. The longest part of the process was getting the City's permit approval. This does not reflect on JR and his team, as the city ALWAYS takes a long time to turn around permits. Once we had the permit, JR contacted me to begin work. His team works fast, are very professional and they wasted no time in making our driveway a reality. The work took a little over 4 days including the astroturf that we wanted laid down in between the slabs. We are very satisfied with JR's team and are already finalizing future projects for him to work on. I know how hard it is to get good contractors to actually come out and give an estimate and follow through the work. JR is the real deal. We were really happy with the results.
