Went during Memorial Day weekend and they had a special BRS menu set but unfortunately were sold out by the time we got there. The restaurant is spacious, they have a waiting area, which made waiting bearable, especially since they had a BTS wall. The food was amazing, although the batch of rice we got was undercooked and had a bite. I would still recommend it as service was really good. My favorites were the bossam and mul bibim naengmyeon. The soft tofu was really good as well.

Beef short rib soup $18. It was overly salty.

Korean cafe/drunk casual food which explains why some items were super salty. The Spicy Squid was a hit and a mist order again for our table! Great service. Private side booth seating for a party of 4 is pretty nice. 11pmish on a Saturday night was pretty dead. There was probably only 2 other parties there, all hidden in a booth too. They offer free iced or/and hot barely water. Spicy squid $17 The group was just hoping to find a small amount of clear noodles on the bottom. Maybe we will order that at the end next time. Gam Ja Tang, large $34. Light spice in this. The party enjoyed this. Beef short rib soup $18. It was overly salty. But is probably the lightest food there. Beef ribs were too tough to get any meat off of the bone. Soju Peach bomb is a a sweet creeper. My cousin usually likes the other location they have. First time trying this location? Staff mentioned they liked the short rib, and short rib soup.

Came here for their BTS Arirang set and it didn't disappoint! We ordered tapas and other entrees and everything was so good! Service was great! Ambiance was inviting and well themed! Would come back to this location for sure!

SOYO Korean restaurant in LAS VEGAS (flamingo road) We got : Spicy pork belly kimichi stew size small (Highly popular) I SEE WHY IT'S one of their most popular after one bite. So much veggies and pork belly in here. I got the S not the Large and I feel like it's enough for 3-4 people !! Super delicious ! My fave PORK belly stew in any Korean restaurant so far! And stone pot bi bim bap with beef !: can't go wrong with this one perfect amount of mild sweet spicy red sauce given and the turnout was fantastic ! 10/10 Attentive good service. I love how big it is in here, the decor chill vibes definitely good for big or small groups. I like sitting in the booths with the string curtains gives a sense of privacy ! We arrived at around 8pm on a Sunday night. The evening was quiet and there were plenty of tables available. The interior displayed a modern and clean appearance. Kimchi Stew | Served in a hot pot, the broth had enough spice and flavor with plenty of kimchi and tofu chunks. Spicy Chicken Tender | The tenders were bite-sized. The majority of the pieces were primarily composed of batter rather than actual chicken meat. They remained tasty and crispy, with a smoky flavor similar to Gangnam sauce. Menu: Usual Korean barstaurant foods were on the menu, such as fried chicken, ramen, stew, rice cakes and pancakes. Service: Although it was not busy, the service was slow. The orders took almost 30 minutes to come out. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot.

We decided to come to this Soyo because the location on Flamingo is sooooo slow to serve food. So we thought why not try this one maybe it'll be better. Nope. The food takes 30+ minutes to come out (we didn't even get any panchan) and the restaurant is empty but the saving grace of Soyo is the food is SO DAMN GOOD. We always get the cold chewy noodles, chicken wings (they let me get half soy garlic and half snow cheese), and the grilled spicy chicken lunch special which comes with amazing side dishes and soft tofu soup. Instead of water they give you refreshing barley soup. We always leave so satisfied because the food is so flavorful and you can tell the chef is really talented. Soyo has my favorite KFC and soft tofu soups!

The place was quiet with music playing on the TVs. There were other guests. They were just busy eating. I was hungry and I ordered entirely too much. I knew better and I just threw caution to the wind. Korean seafood tofu soup is a gift from God. It makes my insides smile and the egg that cooks in the boiling broth is the most magical part. But here's the thing... I had kimchi, beansprouts, cucumber and then they bring a boiled egg and the soup ... Oh no! I also ordered bimbap and a seafood pancake. Yeah- too much. But I will give it my best shot. I ate the soup once it cooled down and couldn't find my egg. I decided to eat the boiled egg they gave me. I cracked it open only to find it wasn't boiled at all. I added the raw egg to my soup. My waitress must have been watching me because it was like she dropped from the ceiling to snag my contaminated soup. She told me I only get to put the egg in boiling soup. She took off with my soup and brought me a new one. More soup. I mean I love it and I'm grateful to her for saving me from myself, but it was so... much... food. The kimbap was bomb. I inhaled it. All of it. I didn't bat an eyelash. I was like a snake detaching it's jaws. It was gone immediately. It was SO fresh and tender and just exceptional. And then I ate more soup. So much soup. But so so tasty! Now let's talk about the seafood pancake. It looked nice. I took a bite. It was bitter. I flipped it over. Totally burnt. A sacrifice had to be made here today. It was the seafood pancake. I didn't complain because I couldn't eat it anyway. I put a napkin over it and called it a day. I thanked my waitress for saving me and waddled out like a full tick. Would I be back? Absolutely. Next time I'll crack my egg right away though. Lesson learned!

Ordered via delivery app tonight and the bossam was bomb! Bossam came with rice and banchans. We were so satisfied with the amount of pickled cabbage and radish kimchi for the bossam. Definitely will be ordering again.

Very solid Korean food here! Even the banchan side dishes were delicious! The beef intestine stew had good chunks of intestine. The chive pancake was nice and crispy. And the bossam was flavorful! Favorite would be the bossam and chive pancake! You could probably skip on the rice cake skewers - they were just okay! Service was friendly, and they were attentive. There weren't too many people there when we went on a Saturday night - parking was easy, and we got our food pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Even the vegetables had that strong sour punch, which I really liked with the steaming hot soup. I'm not big on a table full of side dishes, so I actually appreciated that they kept it simple. Not too many extras, just the essentials. The soup itself wasn't overly salty, which I liked. You can season it to your preference since they provide extra salt on the side. The gomtang stood out -- the beef was very tender, soft, and clearly simmered well. And honestly, the slightly indifferent service made it feel authentic. Not overly polite or trying too hard -- just straightforward and focused on the food. If you enjoy sour notes and comforting Korean soups, this place does it well.

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).

Step inside, though, and suddenly you are transported somewhere that feels straight out of the Euljiro district in downtown Seoul. The welcome sets the tone. The mostly non-Korean staff greet you by shouting something in Korean. I had to ask my Chinese server what it meant. He laughed and said, "Hobak imnida" which translates to "We are Hobak." Kind of silly, but honestly part of the charm. What we did not realize is that Hobak is celebrating its tenth year in business. In Las Vegas, that is no small feat. Restaurants here disappear faster than a weekend bankroll, so a decade says a lot. Also worth noting, Hobak is not AYCE. They offer set menus and à la carte options. We went with the set menu for two, and it was more than enough food. That said, if you are strictly a meat-only person, this might not be your ideal spot. The seafood pancake and kimchi stew deserve just as much attention as the meat! The real surprise though: while it is not AYCE, they quietly rolled out AYCD all you can drink for $14 back in November. Yes, you read that right. So plan accordingly. Bring a DD or call a Lyft because things can escalate quickly. We ended up with two bottles of soju and two large Cass beers, which would have easily been double the AYCD price. Sodas are also included. One of the better deals you will find in this city. Service was excellent across the board. Tyler, who is half Japanese and half White, handled the brisket and short ribs like a pro. Our tattooed Chinese server, who looked intimidating at first glance, turned out to be incredibly friendly and grilled the pork jowl perfectly. Everyone else kept the banchan coming with a smile. By the time we finished, we had to walk laps around the shopping center just to recover. We left full, slightly buzzed, and, fittingly, feeling like a couple of very giant hobaks.
