Just left this store. The girl stocking shoes was very rude. I told her "oh sorry about that" she replied with a tone saying "it's fine". The vibe I got from her was extremely negative. It did seem like she was some type of manager, the way she was working trying to get something done and not giving customer service. I work in customer service as a store manager, that type of customer service will scare away customers, and is a huge No no for me. I would rather go to the store with less shoes. The only person that greeted and gave great customer service was the cashier.

You do have to make sure that you take it while a manager is there, so your best bet is calling ahead. The whole testing and purchasing process was very quick and easy. I even got a discount that just about matched the lowest prices I saw on line (I don't think they price match). Also, they are not an FFL for internet gun sales, so if you buy a gun online, you can't have it shipped here. I've been back since for a 16 gun gun safe, a hard sided rifle case, and most recently, a small 4 person tent for my yard since I work in healthcare and if I get exposed to a COVID-19 patient, I will need to isolate myself from my family. It's not as big as the one in Brea, but I keep coming back here because they have what I want in stock and the parking is easy and the staff friendly.
