She took so much care with every detail and never rushed, making the whole experience feel relaxed and special. My bridal designs came out absolutely stunning -- intricate, elegant, and exactly what I hoped for. Loli uses natural henna and she provided clear after-care instructions. The stain developed over the next couple of days into a very deep color that everyone kept complimenting! (Pro tip: get your henna done a few days early for the darkest stain.) One thing I really appreciated is how thoughtful she was even after she finished -- she stayed and took photos of all our henna, which was so sweet and gave us such special memories to look back on. We also hired Loli for our Haldi + Henna event so our guests could get small designs. She coordinated and brought additional artists, and they were all punctual, friendly, and incredibly talented. Called in to ask about their pricing at the Dublin location. Was told the pricing and advised that…read morethey were giving 20% discount for the month of February. Made an appt for 3pm. On the day of the appointment, a lady called me to ask if I can come early 1:30/2pm. I told her I probably could not come that early so kept the 3pm appt. Around 2:30pm, the same lady called to ask if I could come later 10-15mins later. I told her I was already on my way. When I got there, she asked me if I could wait 10-15min for a walk-in who was already waiting for service. I said sure and waited. Mid-way thru the appt, another lady who works there, barged into the room to obtain something and left. The person servicing me apologized while also laughing. After this, the lady doing my service was missing a few areas on my arms so I pointed them out to her but she was still missing them so I had to take the waxing stick and apply the wax myself. During payout, the lady advised that the discount told over the phone was actually 10% not 20%. There was a bit of back and forth between me and two ladies who spoke over me, and ultimately, they gave 10% discount. On top of this, they charged me extra for one area claiming that they had a difficult time doing this portion. I should have asked for a discount seeing as how I had to do some areas myself because the person could not seem to do it. There was no apology for the confusion or delays. Overall, this is an unprofessional environment. Do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and so to any of the other waxing salons delivers better service at the same price point.
