Nevertheless, my experience at Dr. Rix was great. As soon as I met him, it is like we immediately became friends. He has a super friendly and comical persona. I think he might have started cracking jokes as soon as we started talking. The only trouble came when he was cleaning my teeth and I couldn't stop giggling at his jokes. He made the slight discomfort of have my teeth scrapped tolerable. We talked about everything from the importance of flossing to why "gums" are even called "gums". I can tell that his positive persona rubs off on his receptionists and dental staff, everyone was pleasant and smiling. Perfect example of how great management fosters a positive work environment. I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Rix! So glad he takes my insurance. I will be recommending him!

Intake was a breeze and the surgery was over so quick I was amazed. Dr. Russell is highly educated and experienced. Every room in this office is filled with elegance and tranquility. I got 2 wisdom teeth pulled over two weeks ago. I went into this process very nervous, very on…read moreedge. I was a little apprehensive. I should have got some type of sedation for sure. Instead, I opted for something to just numb the pain. I didn't necessarily feel any pain but the pressure and pulling was something I hope to never feel again. I recommend getting something stronger if you are a little softy like me. All in all, it was a very quick process. Maybe 2-5 minutes per tooth. Dr. Russell is tough but she is a great doctor! She knows what she is doing. Healing has been great. No issues at all. Slight swelling in the beginning, but that quickly went away. And the office was very nice! Hopefully I don't have to see you all any time soon but if I do I wouldn't choose any where else. Thank you!

Then i called like two days later nobody is answering the phone, i waited a day later to call the on call person no answer so i texted the on call number no response, a day after that i called that on call number again no answer no call back!! I am highly upset and highly disappointed and then medication i was given wasn't a high dosage to maintain my pain ! It was very low in actuality! I took at least 5 pills back to back to keep me calm! This is the worst experience i have ever had!!!!! I never want to return ! I experienced no pain and carefully followed directions, as instructed. Healing was quick and I had next to no discomfort. (5 stars to Dr. Reid) Fast forward to March 2026 and I receive a bill for a balance due. Not a problem as this happens. I sent a check dated 04/01/26 to the address on the invoice. My check hadn't been cashed. I called, left messages with the billing office to inquire about my Check - no call backs at all. I even visited the office on 04/22 and was promised they would give me a call back after speaking with the billing office. Today is 05/12 and again NOTHING from the front office. Dr. Reid needs to make front office personnel changes or patients may look elsewhere for services. She performs too excellent work to have a front office staff of this sort. Reading a previous reviewer's comments about the lackadaisical response from the office staff when she was in pain and could not reach them - I believe her! If it weren't for Dr. Reid's outstanding abilities, I would have given a one star review.

He's very short and irritable with his responses. Sometimes, he just nods his head yes or no due to him being so annoyed. Also, this was my very first time having any surgery in my entire life! I had NO clue how this would go. Dr. Michael Choi was not vocal at all during the procedure to make me feel comfortable. For an example, I did not know when I would get stuck with a needle to be numb, which needle would hurt more than the other, when a tooth has been removed and when we were moving on to the next. The only thing he was vocal about was when he needed me to "turn my head to the left." The amount of tension in the room from his irritable face expressions and body language made me and in my opinion, his assistants very uncomfortable and feel like a burden during a extremely scary and stressful time for me as a first time surgery patient. The second Doctor Michael Choi stepped back, I did not know we were finished. I asked him "are we done?" He did not vocally tell me yes like he never vocally responds, all he did was nod his head. He asked if I had any questions then quickly exited the room. I would never recommend anyone especially if it's their first time to Doctor Michael Choi. It was an extremely difficult and heart aching experience with him as my doctor on top of already being extremely nervous ALL MONTH and never having any kind of surgery AT ALL in my entire life. I pray whatever he has going on in his personal life does not continue to fall over in his place of profession. I was a bit nervous about having my gums be drilled into. Dr. Romanow talked me through each step. The ladies that work here are friendly. Both visits were painless (the Novocaine shot was the only discomfort). As with all dental surgery, it's not cheap, but my insurance is paying a large share. Now all that is left are the crowns! I can wait until January for that procedure.

It was super easy to make my initial first appointment, and the consultation was great! Fast forward to today .... I had my first fillings done by Dr. Jun and enough words cannot be said. Dr. Jun was very gentle, but what I noticed immediately is that he was VERY THOROUGH. You can tell that he's is really passionate about his work, and that he truly treats patients teeth like they are gems..... at least that's how I felt . The front desk staff is very friendly and there's never really a long wait when you get there to be taken in the back and the dental office is really quiet and serene.
