Our first case with them was fantastic--smooth, communicative, and handled with real care. We recommended them to everyone because we genuinely believed they were that good. But each case after that has been worse than the one before. If we had known how poorly our second case would be handled, we never would have signed on for a third. The turnover is constant, and it's nearly impossible to get updates or even basic information. Their text number changed without any notice, which left us completely in the dark for weeks. They're extremely quick to get you signed into a contract, but the actual processing and communication are painfully slow. We're now about 18 months into our most recent case, and we still have no idea what's been happening since around September/October. At this point, the lack of transparency and follow‑through has been incredibly frustrating. We really wish the level of service had stayed consistent with that first experience.
