That said the service department in the other hand needs some serious work. My unit did not get the proper inspection and things were missed. I almost lost a tire because the lugs were not torqued down, lost the cover to the battery box because they didn't reattach it. ( The did offer to reimburse me for this). And there's a major leak in the kitchen water lines. I have called service ABs was asked to send pics with I did but then have not heard back sense. I bought the RV to live in and have moved across the country and am not facing mold under my sink because I can't figure out how to stop the leaking and spent my savings making this move so I can't afford to take it in to have it looked at and be stock with no where to stay while it's in the ship. I'm frustrated ABs don't know what to do. I have mold and the shelf is basically ruined. I spent $27,000 which isn't much to some people but it is to me.

I've always trusted Noteboom RV to properly service my motor home. That all changed during my last…read moreservice when I requested my roof be resealed as necessary. At the beginning, I requested before repair photos to ensure I could know what was actually required. I did this twice. I never received the photo. I had to ask again after the repairs were done for photos. The photos provided were not reassuring that the repairs were done properly. They had applied DiCor lap sealant not in compliance with the manufacturer instructions. The photos provided no evidence that they even cleaned the applied areas properly. I then proceeded to take my own photos with my cell phone attached to a long pole because I can no longer access the roof myself. My photos confirmed my suspicions. I then returned to Noteboom to confront the staff with my concerns. Noteboom has 2 staff members named Cory. The older Cory is absolutely great to deal with. The younger Cory, who I was last dealing with, obviously had never attended any customer relations or service seminars or classes. Our conversation immediately became confrontational when accusing Cory of lying to me (which he did) and with Cory at one point threatening to have me leave. Cory had only been employed there about 1 month. I still have respect for for this dealership, but perhaps they should be more careful when selecting new customer service representatives. Very disappointed!

Checking dealers on the internet I located Stan's. Even though it was after hours, I called and was lucky enough to catch Bob Deelstra. After explaining our predicament to him, Bob told me to be there at 9 in the morning and he would work me in. When we pulled in, the service technician and a helper looked at our trailer right away, analyzed the problem and made the repair. They even took care of a roof leak around the A.C. unit that we hadn't discussed earlier. The service was first class. And thanks to Bob and the crew in the service department, we were on our way in a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend the dealership.

He worked hard to show me a nice mix of campers to help me hone in on the specific style of camper I was looking for. There was no pressure to buy now and all negotiations were very fair. I also received knowledgeable help from Jay at the parts and service dept. I added a slide topper and side and rear cameras and Jay got everything ordered and installed perfectly. When I picked up my travel trailer Dale was there to help get me trained in on the "Ins and Outs" of our "new to us" 2020 Rockwood 2109S travel trailer. He was patient, kind and had a fun sense of humor. Overall, I left feeling terrific about being able to do business with each of the associates who had assisted me. One of the reasons I chose to drive four hours from my home in Rochester, MN to do business from them was the documentation fee charged by Pleasure Land RV in Sioux Falls was far lower than other RV centers I had checked out. If you are in the market for a camper or RV, and want a positive experience, check them out.

We just bought an rv from I29 Rv and our experience was beyond expectations. This is our 4th rv and…read moreour past experiences have been less than favorable. We worked with our salesman Chris over the phone on a unit that was about to be delivered to the dealership and were able to come to an agreement over the phone. On the day of the purchase, everything was as discussed. We got exactly what they promised us for our rig and the price was as discussed with NO HIDDEN costs. The financing went smoothly and the transaction went without any problems. We picked up the rig and took it to a local campground for a good shakedown. We found a water leak under the sink and an error code on our refrigerator. We took it back the next day and they fixed the water leak and diagnosed the refrigerator. A part had to be ordered and we were told that it would take two weeks. We left the Sioux Falls area and drove to Rapid City area to take care of some business. During the drive I found that the windshield wiper fluid was not working. I found that the hose from the reservoir to the wiper was cut. When we got back to Sioux Falls a week later we stopped by the dealer and talked to our Salesman Chris who took it upon himself to repair the broken hose. Did not even try to pass the buck to Mercedes or the service department. Just fixed it himself. We took the time to inquire about our part and we were directed to Julia, the person in charge of warranty repairs. She let us know that the part was ordered and we were waiting for Forest River to ship the part. She promised to inform us by that Friday what she knew. She promptly called us on Thursday, yes Thursday to let us know that the part should be delivered to the dealership by Monday and that as soon as she had the part, she would schedule the repairs ASAP. Monday morning we received a call from Julie that the part had been delivered on Saturday on her day off and that she had arranged to have it installed as soon as we can get there. We broke camp and headed for the dealership. When we got there we had two other minor issues that we wanted for them to look at for us. They took the rig into the shop and within two hours had our refrigerator repaired and the two issues resolved. Our experience at I29 Rv was outstanding. We were treated with respect and had every concern that we had taken care of. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND I29 Rv to anyone looking to buy and Rv or boat. They are highly professional and down to earth people who know how to take care of their customers.

When we picked the trailer up because "it was done and working", the hinge was replaced, but the pin that holds the door was now broken and ripped out of the door. They also put in lights and charged us $100 per light to repair. All of the clearance lights that they put in have had to be redone since because they quit working. They put in a new tail light that was faulty, and the wire crimps came undone. We had to pay another company to re-do that, too. We dropped it off on our scheduled day and 2 weeks later they hadn't even started looking at it yet. We had to constantly call and got the run around. Our bill was $1500 and the only thing that was working was the toilet that they overcharged us on. Now we have been trying to call for over a week to try and make this right and they don't answer and don't call us back. 10/10 do not recommend this place!!
