The construction company I work for uses SWSS for the portable restroom needs at our jobsites. We changed from Rightway to SWSS to get a better price but the entire process has been horrible. They are never picked up on time. We requested a pick up 4 different times on a portable restroom and it was not picked up until the homeowner asked the guy servicing the restroom to take it with him. About a week ago, at another jobsite, we requested the portable to be picked up and would pay a rush fee. They said no, but promised up a pick up yesterday. According to the homeowner at the jobsite, the potty is still there. We are coming up on a holiday and of course, I am 100% sure this porta potty will sit in the yard until next year and we will continue to get charged. We have called multiple times asking what was going on and they always say they will look into it and call us back. We will call again a few days later and the same thing will happen. We have yet to hear from anyone. We were looking forward to a new company. We are so disappointed in the customer service. We will be going back to solely using Rightway asap. read more

We hired this company to clean out a tank for our RV they never show up when they are supposed to our grey water tank has been full for two weeks I don't recommend this business at all they are good at taking payment but that's about it another thing if you call the company they say to dial ext 102 and you will be connected immediately but that's not the case I've been calling for two days and nothing It doesn't give me the option to not put down a star otherwise it will get that one star from us read more

Sandra was such a please to work with, she was kind, understandable and quick with email responses. She made the whole rental process easy and stress free. Both times they were days late from original appt and when they finally showed up late they didn't have the right attachment and had to come back. They haven't been maintaining the bathrooms on my job site. 2 bathrooms haven't been cleaned have been out of toilet paper for over a week.

I rented a portable potty from Southwest Site Services while building my pool. They delivered on the day I requested and the unit was clean. The guy that came every week to service it was always on time and very nice. Sandra and Stephanie were both very easy to deal with and very professional. Friendly folks. I've spoken with there people so far. Although we are scheduled to get our fencing today they have so far provided great service. They have good communication with dispatch, which matters when you HAVE to get something relayed and need to know everything is good to go. If you require pick up and delivery at a certain time don't use this company they are always late I understand one day your late but they made me late to work 3 days dropping off was between 7-11 and they didn't show up till almost one the same with picking up even though I called several times expressing had to leave to work and the girl that answer last time I talked to her she said "you know it's life things happen" I regrets using this company read more
