All things went well. Staff super friendly to my family. Flight left early. Arrived early. All should be commended! Will return... Shortly actually! Cheaper to fly from here then OKC for our next trip. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City read more

This is a great departure point for folks flying Southwest to all points. We can fly to the west coast departing TUL early and arrive in LA/vicinity before noon. This airport is clean, the parking valet service is excellent and affordable, the baggage return is quick. We always enjoy our travel experience in/out of TUL flying Southwest! An added bonus is the kids area with coloring pages, etc gates 3&5. Maria, Eric & Rodney worked the gate today during our flight departure and were so personable and kind to our kids! We colored sheets and they got to hang their coloring sheets up behind the gate counter. Thanks for the super customer service Southwest (Maria, Eric & Rodney - 1/28/2025 530am) read more

Go back to how yall used to have three boarding groups and no assigned seats. This monetary move is not smart, in my opinion. Otherwise 5 stars. Also on a flight right now and the flight attendant wouldn't give me water only ginger ale. Flight from Tulsa to Denver. At least she gave me that... but $800 for this treatment?? Flight #1596 read more

They bumped me, then put me back with a further back seat. Why pay more for a seat u will not get? Bad service. read more

Southwest Airlines - They sold my seat. Why pay Southwest more money for a better seat if you can't have the seat you paid for? Bad service... - Airlines Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

American Airlines is way better than southwest. Or like any other airline. If you're looking for something cheap to get you from point A to point B, southwest might be for you. But their in flight wifi absolutely sucks, they don't have in flight food. They don't have first class. The flight attendants remind me of the mean girls from high school. Never choosing southwest again. read more

This is an update to my previous review: The bag rep was indeed correct, they refused to reimburse us after filing the claim. But in order to refuse us they had to be either dishonest or too ambiguous to get out of it. If they were to claim the delay was "less than three hours" (as their email claims; see photos), the other screenshots provided prove that is false based on their own system. They demonstrate that the bag arrived in DAL nearly 2 hours (9:01pm on 7/3/25) before the flight it was supposed to be on; the flight WN2893 departed at 10:45pm on 7/3/25 and landed in Tulsa on 7/3/25 at 11:50pm. However, the bag did not arrive until 7/4/25 at 11:35am on flight 0335, just 15 minutes short of 12 hours! That is light years beyond 3 hours. If they were to appeal to the reason it was "outside [their] control", that's too ambiguous and they could use that to refuse anyone for any reason--beware!! They could say, "one of our employees was scrolling on his phone and missed the bag transfer, that was out our control, oh well!" I can also confidently say the weather was not something that slowed them down, once again the bag arrived nearly 2 hours before the next flight and the forecast was 83 degrees with a 4-5 percent chance of rain (see screenshot). I also know that two hours is plenty of time for a bag transfer because on our return flight in Denver the time between our arrival and departure was less than an hour and the bag was successfully transferred. Finally, the only unusual part of the situation on our end was that we transferred to a quicker flight to Tulsa, but nowhere did they warn our transfer would result in a 12 hour bag delay. If that had been the case, we would have stuck to the original flight. All goes to show they are not honest and straightforward with their customers and are not concerned with major inconveniences to you. Beware, you will not be treated fairly nor get the truth from this airline. Here is the original review, all still accurate: "Our checked bag sat in DAL for 12hrs with no reason & nothing but excuses from Southwest Tulsa bag office. The bag arrived 2 hours before the next flight it was supposed to be on and it wasn't loaded. We went without our luggage for over 12 hours. When I asked if they would at least reimburse us for the things we had to buy while waiting, the lady at the desk just said 'oh that's normal, they won't reimburse you.'" read more

Southwest Airlines - This is the proof that weather was not a factor in their failure to transfer our bag from flight 2808 to 2893, and neither was time. - Airlines Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

I booked a round trip ticket, non changeable & non refundable. But needed to drive instead and fly back. Southwest canceled my entire flight. They changed my ticket on a non changable policy.I was told I can't cancel or i would forfeit. So i didnt cancel.Wouldn't give me another fleight unless I purchased another ticket. $500.00 so it all cost me $965.00. This is with the company not the employees. read more

We bought specific seats but were not told that it's first come, first serve, sit wherever you can find! This happened between August 5th and August 9th read more

I always loved Southwest but now I think they're Sh$&@! I spent 16 hours trying to go to St Louis and only got to Dallas to have Whataburger Jr.. I was getting notifications on my IPhone Watch from Southwest and they were half an hour to a hour off from what was actually going on. Do you remember when hundreds off flights were cancelled? It's because SW doesn't have the infrastructure to handle their flights. There is a much longer story to this debacle and I don't have the energy to type it all , so avoid them like the plague! I would say "Trust Me" but I don't think flights can be trusted anymore. DRIVE EVERYWHERE! read more

Southwest Airlines employees at this location are always so friendly and seem like they really love their jobs. I travel a lot and every time the are so friendly and willing to help. read more

I am a huge fan of flying Southwest for a few reasons--it's super easy to book, super easy to check in, you get bags for free which is basically unheard of now, and the customer service is great! It definitely depends what your destination is whether or not you're going to get the best price, but in terms of great customer service, on time flights and ease of travel overall, this is my favorite way to fly out of Tulsa. Definitely check in online ASAP 24 hours before to get a good boarding position. read more

Are you kidding me?? You tell me my flight is delayed as i am checking my bag. Like what the hell!! So, i've wasted money on a hotel for the night because southwest. They give 200 dollars vouchers which is nice, but no trip is 200 round trip really they messed my trip and now i'll end up giving them more money to use the vouchers. That's a sick cycle! Will never use this trash airline ever again!!! read more

Fly here guys, smooth clean flight. They gave snacks, and it was cool! I just flew back spirit and it was terrible. I won't do that again! And bags fly free , which makes the price more reasonable than them anyways . fly southwest anytime you can. read more

Easy to book flights online. I have started checking my bag because the planes leaving Tulsa are small and only very small and shapeless bags will fit in the overhead. The people at the bag check counter are always nice. The people at the gates are almost always very nice. I wish I didn't have to change planes to my destination, I try to go through smaller airports so there isn't a big walk to the next gate. read more

Southwest Customer Service is horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Flying out of Dallas on a rainy day, with most flights being delayed or canceled except for mine. I called 3 hours prior to departure and was told my flight was still showing scheduled. I called an hour and a half prior to departure and asked if I could be rescheduled because the weather was bad and all other flights were being delayed or canceled. The rep said there was nothing she could do because the flight still showed scheduled. So I checked my bags and went to the gate. 35 minutes before take off, they finally show the first leg of my flight delayed 2 hours, and now departing at 9pm. Totally missing my connection flight to Florida. I immediately got in the long line to talk to the desk representative and I simultaneously called customer service. After 30 minutes on hold, the call was disconnected on their end. I finally got to the front of the line after a 45 minute wait. I complained to the rep about my previous efforts to reschedule beforehand in anticipation of the exact situation. She said there was nothing she could do to but reschedule me for a flight that was much worse. I get it, it happens, but I tell her I need my luggage which was checked because I packed my back medication. She informs me that since the first leg of my flight was rescheduled and not canceled, they cannot recover my bags. UNBELIEVABLE! I was beyond angry. I asked for the Customer Service Manager, Christina Garcia. She was equally if not more worthless. She told me there was nothing she could do to help, and I should not packed medication. To which I agreed, but I also should have been able to reschedule my flight when all other flights were being rescheduled. To which she agreed but still could not do anything for me. I am very disappointed Southwest. I tried to avoid a bad situation and it felt like you guys tried to make it worse. Your customer service is useless. Never again. read more

If you're flying anywhere and Southwest is an option, you would be fool to fly another airline! I like how they have your first 2 checked baggage free, unlike all other carriers! However, the 737 700 is tight seating, so try to get the 737 800! read more

Southwest Airlines is horrible. There customer service is 0 out of 10. That's why they don't charge you for bags. Because they can't afford decent employees to treat you like respect. Pay for your bags, and get treated with respect. Unlike southwest is willing to offer. read more

An employee by the name of Emily was very rude. Prior to checking in bags, I accidentally printed out a third baggage ticket from the kiosk, immediately she starting scoffing and rolling her eyes. It wasn't anything that was subtle either, way to make your customers feel incompetent over a tiny error. Dude service from Emily. read more

Definition of customer service. They are consistent and amazingly efficient and just plain smart. One of the most common sense companies and airlines out there that don't go and nickel and diming you for every little service. I'm sure it will be a matter of time that the planes that offer wi-fi will eventually be provided for free of charge as well. Still early. read more

Okay. I am a big fan of southwest for several decades. I am a very frequent traveler and achieve all the perks including companion,A LIST preferred etc. Everything exceeds expectation EXCEPT. The old model of excellent value is going going gone. Fares on united and American are often less expensive even talking in the free bag policy. In fact on many routes southwest is substantially more money. It's a shame the higher powers above have become so greedy and are ruining everything the airline stood for so many years. I wish the consumers would get smart and band together and show the CEO who's boss. Grant you there cancellation policy is generous and takes some of the sting away but these crazy fares have to stop. Also its ridiculous that passengers can't standby any more without fare changes on the same day. Shame on them. read more

I fly 3-4 times a year and I always book with Southwest. Their staff have been kind and helpful every time. Theirs almost always going to be a line on the weekend or mondays because of the use but their people seem to always move people along pretty fast. read more

Customer Relations was very unreasonable resending me the two credit vouchers that never reached my inbox! (the story)My husband and I bought two airline tickets but were unable to use them due to illness. I called Southwest and they cancelled our tickets and said they would give us credit vouchers. I never received those vouchers via email. 7 months later I called and wanted to have the credits transferred to my son so he could come home for Christmas. Now, I'm told the vouchers were only good for 6 months. Now the vouchers have expired and the money is no longer mine. I asked where the money went and I was told it goes back to Southwest airlines funds! We both are retired and $750 is a lot of money to give away to a large profitable airlines! I will definitely not fly greedy Southwest again! LT read more

Awful customer service! We fly Southwest any chance we get because they are usually very nice and professional. However, the customer service we received in Tulsa was awful! It was the first time traveling with new hard luggage and it was clearly dropped on the corner of something as the HARD exterior was bent and distorted. I understand that scratches happen and are normal wear- and- tear but this was clearly beyond normal as the structural integrity was now compromised. When I spoke with the Southwest associate who then had to call her manager, both people were immediately agitated that we wanted to file a claim for the damage. They angerly stated that since there was no holes that they would not make a claim and told us to leave. read more

I usually prefer to fly Southwest Airlines....until now. I have a family member who is currently dying and I am scrambling to get home sooner than my original plans. I call Southwest Airlines and explain my situation. The first woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and had zero compassion. I am not looking for a handout by any means! I am willing to pay a reasonable amount but they want to charge me $480 to get on an earlier flight. Which is more than my entire round trip ticket. This is by no means reasonable! I realize I am trying to change my flight the night before but this is completely unexpected! I spoke with another women who told me "well this is why it helps to pay in advance." I am SO sorry I did not think to plan my trip around an unexpected death in my family! So much for "deadication to the highest quality of customer service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride and company spirit." read more

Southwest is absolutely horrid. Every experience I've had here has been audaciously bad. The flights get delayed for "maintenance" but yet they don't tell us when our plane will leave or if it will even leave at all. Their boarding is horrid as well. There's a possibility you don't be able to sit with your family if you don't pay heck ton of money to get moved to the "A" group. If you have the chance to choose your airline, don't choose southwest. It will save you a whole lot of trouble and time. read more
