I've flown with Southwest for years and they've been with me through every season of life. When I first left Cleveland with two suitcases and a one way ticket, leaving my family behind while they cried, I tried not to cry too. I met strangers on planes, drank some Jack Daniels, and kept going. Since then, I've flown them for everything through snow, rain, sun, morning or night. They've always been consistent, fair, and friendly. I love how easy it is to travel with them, no drama, just smooth flying. The flight attendants have heart, and that really shows. I've even flown with my dog and my guitar and had no issues at all. They've gone out of their way to accommodate me before if something went wrong, without me even having to ask. I'll be updating this review after my trip at the end of November. We purchased their top tier package this time, the one that includes early boarding, bags, and a drink. Typically I always pay for early bird. I know Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and sometimes Saturdays are the best times to book a ticket, and at this point I've just about memorized the gates. I love the free Wi-Fi and how easy it is to track flight time. For now, I'll just say this: if an airline can make you feel at home in the middle of the sky, it's Southwest.

This is his badge and name tag

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD!! I travel with my own pillow and blanket on every trip. Since I rarely fly Southwest, I didn't know they would count as two separate carryon items. When the gate agent told me I needed to check them, I complied and went back to have my boarding pass updated. Instead of speaking respectfully, he pointed to the floor and told me to put my pillow there. I replied that there was no need to be rude and that a simple "please" would have been appropriate. After I did exactly as instructed, another employee approached to pick up my pillow, but the gate agent stopped him, saying, "Don't worry about it. He's not getting on the flight." He then got inches from my face, balled up his fist in a way that made me believe he was about to hit me, and told me I wasn't getting on the plane. Feeling threatened, I activated the recording feature on my Meta Glasses to document the encounter. as I was going to enter the door for my plane when Erik Edwards so rudely shut the door in my face and said " looks like the Doors closed, get in " as he just closed the door and told me to see the front desk once I get to the front desk he continues to let others bored but not me. When I told a manager they said they didn't want to see the video that I recorded with my meta ai glasses showing how he treated me and completely dismissed how I was treated. DO BETTER . If ERIK EDWARDS is going to be treating customers like that without reason he shouldn't be working for an airline. Along with mangers that cant do their job or care for customers.

First time flying to Phoenix Arizona. We chose Southwest because it's the only airline that flies to Phoenix from Ontario California. We didn't want to drive to LAX so Southwest will have to do. The entire experience was much better than I expected. From checking in bags to boarding and flying, everything was pretty smooth. Everybody was friendly and pleasant enough. The beverage menu was decent and I liked my hard seltzer. Overall the short flights were not bad even though I am not a fan of flying!

Over the last 2+ decades, I have flown with Southwest (SW) the most out of all the other airlines. I used to have their credit card, too, but I cancelled it due to downsizing my credit cards stack LOL. I think I am still under their rewards program though. Anyway, what I like about SW is that they allow 2 bags to fly for free. What a perk! Also their complimentary drink and snack is nice, too, even for a short flight. Staff is usually friendly and pleasant. I haven't encountered any crew member with poor behavior. Thank you SW! My experience with their boarding and in flight crew was great from Ontario to San Jose. It was a short flight so wasn't too bad. Got my ginger ale with no rocks, but should have gotten some rocks as it tastes better when it's cold. And the snack bag with pretzels and crackers... yep, no more peanuts which was removed almost 5 years ago... wow, how time flies! Landing was wonderful and smooth. It felt like we just glided effortlessly on the runway... didn't feel a thing! We arrived some minutes early, too. Well done Captain... well done... thank you! So there you have it... another successful SW flight... till our next one! Safe and happy travels always!

You ruined your business model. The new seating protocol is terrible. You need to go back to the unassigned seating.

But, aren't these the best places for some food? The menu can be a bit overwhelming if you're new. There are a lot of options. But, to an adept foodie you quickly find what you've been craving. I ordered 3 sandwiches: The Joker & The Thief: -the pastrami is cooked in their Joker sauce. I had it on a toasted French roll. Added mayo with some pickles! I also opted for "The Thief" which is added cubed BBQ Brisket for +2$ dollars! I smacked that thing down in the car so quick. What I mean to say is, I took the first bite and all the flavors came together perfectly. I could not put the sandwich down. I ate the sandwich so fast I may have lost a little oxygen to the brain as I inhaled the sandwich. Now, I'm contemplating how I can come back to order another sandwich one I live 5hrs away. I still have 2 more sandwiches for the ride home. One is the Green Shack sandwich (Turkey, Avo, & Bacon) and a chopped sandwich Don't judge me.... Yeah I'm an under cover BIG BACK. Anyways - This is a must try if you're in the area. I came in on a Friday and there was a wait. But it was definitely worth it. As I walked out I found $15 on the sidewalk. Keep your head on swivel there is a lot going on in the neighborhood. I give the place 5 Stars well deserved. "I'll be back!" - Terminator Voice

I was told that would be possible, and I confirmed the reservation two days later based on that assurance. Once we arrived, I was told the unused balance could only go toward more wine or future winery credit. When I followed up, their response claimed I had asked about taking additional bottles home--a conversation that never happened. They refunded some fees but refused to refund the unused balance. This was a corporate event with a set budget, and I would never have booked under those terms. The conflicting information and handling of my complaint were disappointing. Here in Temecula, you had Vincenzo Cilurzo (another Hollywood refugee), whose weekday job was that as a Light Director for Merv Griffin, see IMdB. Vincenzo and his wife Audrey planted 40 acres and that are considered Temecula's first vines in 1968, then along came Ely Callaway, then Joe Hart and the rest is history. We have visited over a dozen plus vineyards in Temecula and they're all a lot of fun. Each offers up a little history and a taste of their best for a few bucks. The wineries we continue to return to are Callaway, Wilson, Wiens, Hart, Ponte and South Coast. If you find one you like, I would recommend joining their wine club. Many of the wines aren't sold in discount stores. We would also suggest trying some the restaurants attached to the Winery, like Meritage at Callaway. As a postscript, Vincenzo & Audrey Cilurzo sold their winery in 2004 to Imre & Gizella Czirakis and they renamed it Bella Vista. Vincenzo died last year, but the family stayed in the Temecula area. It's such an educational tour. We highly recommend visiting LetterPress Chocolate Factory and already shared about our experience with family and friends. Once we arrived and checked in Corey handed us hairnets and masks to prevent any contamination in the facility. She is so nice and friendly and explained the process to us (party of 5). David the speaker and tour guide was excellent. We learned so much about the process on how to grow and cultivate cacao trees then ferment cacao. He educated us about the process to the completion from the bean to bar and packaging of chocolate. He also informed us the quality versus quantity of chocolate manufacturing. Which was very interesting. During this whole process David showed videos, slides and also had us try cacao beans and different types from different parts of the world. From there we moved on to the chocolate factory and how they are made. We then placed our masks on once we entered the closed section. It was fun and unforgettable experience. Everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed it. We also got to try more samples. After the chocolate factory tour we bought some ice cream and LetterPress Chocolates. Definitely fine and quality chocolate. We are so thankful for this experience and have now looked at the chocolate manufacturing and producing process from a much better perspective.

There were Adirondack chairs outside, cornhole, etc. It was such a welcoming place. There were food trucks from which to purchase Mexican food etc. out in the parking lot. After Covid, they expanded which is great. The comfy Adirondack chairs turned into metal tables and chairs. The space feels much more crammed. It does not feel so relaxed anymore. And as for the employees, snarky comments should never be tolerated. My daughter-in-law had her mother's retirement party at this establishment. Initially, the woman she talked to on the phone was not very helpful or welcoming. Some other gentleman was VERY helpful and gave the impression that this party was welcome here. On the night of the event, 15 people actually showed up. We had three tables inside. There was one party of 4 in the back corner. The place was empty. There were a few people outside enjoying the live music. The music was great. Anyway, we brought some of our Somerset wines from home but also ordered beers, pizza and champagne. It's not like we were merely using their facility with no benefit to them. A couple came in and used another inside table. Again, there was still open seating inside. We weren't loud. We were respectful. We spent money. When it came time to cut the cake, we asked to borrow a knife. The female employee's comment was, "We can't lend you a knife. This is why we tell people to bring cupcakes" in a very condescending and rude tone. There was absolutely no excuse for that demeanor. She should have been kind. And as a side note, any time someone from our party walked up to the tasting counter, the employees didn't acknowledge them. A male and female were talking to each other and told us we needed to wait. What kind of customer service is that?? I've read through many of the comments and it sounds like bridal parties and bachelor parties are perfectly acceptable. And we all know how rowdy they can get. But our quiet retirement party did not feel welcomed. Go to Peltzer if you're in the area. Great vibe! Very chill! Amazing Sangrias and slushies.
