I was greeted by Jacob who was pleasant and informative.He guided me through the intake process including sending pictures and keeping me informed as to what the issue was.There were two options a temporary fix that may last a while but may not.I decided to go with the more expensive fix, as I have my family on the boat and don't want to take any chances. I needed a new gimbal bearing and new bellows ($2300).Jacob was there every step of the way.I had one issue and Jacob made sure to resolve it. They had flexible scheduling which I also appreciated, seeing as how I had called a different cleaning service two weeks out of the cleaning date and was told they were all booked up. Custom Maid fit me in on my preferred day, and even said they would come on the weekend if needed. A team of 3 came the day of the scheduled cleaning. They were about an hour early and I still hadnt cleared everything out yet, but they were able to work around it. They were quick and efficient and finished cleaning the 1100 square foot place in about an hour and a half. Overall I would rate their cleaning job a 'B'. There were still some nooks and crannies of the fridge I had to finish cleaning (they didn't pull the drawer unit out and there was a bunch of crumbs that had fallen back there that needed some seriously cleaning) and they also didn't vacuum along the very edges of the carpet using an attachment, so I also had to go back through and take care of that.
