My name is Dylan, I just spent the last 2 hours in the laundry mat in Roseville called "Roseville…read moreLaundry". I was subject to a concerning issue. I paid the 7$ plus an extra dollar for the "extra rinse" cycle on washer number 13.. 8$ already seemed like a lot of money, but it also gave me an expectation for quality service... come to find out, I went to the gas station across the street and the whole time I was gone my clothes were not being washed. In fact the money was taken and the machine had an "error".. what a bummer... not to mention I had to pay an extra 7$ for the washer to release the door so I could get my clothes out of the washer. That was trouble for me, I'm a college student and live in the city so I imagined that this was gonna take a huge toll on my schedule. What bothers me the most is that I had to pay another 7$ to wash them again. Because the first two times the machine didn't work!.. but they sure got my 22$ real fast. My biggest concern though is that I tried calling the company 20 times while my clothes were stuck to have literally no answer at all. So now I'm out 22$ a huge amount of time, and I had to pay to dry them too! I'm not a happy customer at all. Not only will I never come back or recommend this place to anyone, I will be calling all week until i can talk to someone professional. I would except a full refund. The one thing I can't get back is my time. However, something has to change. When I did call there were no options to leave a voicemail: the voicemail box was completely full. This shows me that these guys have had similar calls and refuse to note them or address them, or even answer the calls. I'm concerned for the integrity of this business.

Clothesline Laundromat: Where My Hoodie Found Religion…read more I walked in with a laundry basket that looked like it had survived a zombie apocalypse. Clothesline didn't flinch. The washers roared to life like caffeinated bears, and the dryers spun my clothes so fast I swear I saw them enter a new dimension. One sock tried to escape. A staff member tackled it mid-air like a laundry ninja. I named him Sock Norris. (Just kidding) but the staff is very attentive. The vending machine has snacks AND detergent, which is great because I'm the kind of person who thinks "Tide Pod" sounds like a cocktail. Also, the Wi-Fi is strong enough to stream three seasons of regret while you wait. And yes--they take digital payments. No more awkward quarter scavenger hunts or sacrificing a $20 bill to the change machine gods. I tapped my phone and boom: laundry enlightenment. If your clothes are dirty and your soul needs a rinse, this is the place. 10/10 would tumble dry my existential crisis here again.
