I have patronized this laundromat 4 times now. Out of those four times I have had several "E15"…read morereadings on dryers which means the dryer stops and even when to start it again it never heats up. I've put money in the dryer and it never heats up and doesn't stop. I've had trouble with having to put more money in the washers because they were stuck on extra wash. Today I came back....no money in the change machine..floors were really filthy...there was dog poop in two washers, the whole place smelled like poop....and I had a washer that stopped and didn't complete the cycle...i had to transfer soaking wet clothing to another washer and one dryer never heated up! This is the last time I will come here. While I was here a person came in swept the floor..took out 2 bags of trash and filled the coin dispenser...took 6 minutes...didnt look at any of the dryers and one lady's clothes dryer had a "E15" so when she gets back her clothes will not be dry and it will cost her more money to dry them. Ridiculous!!

Loading up all our towels in the two massive washers (10.75 each) and 2 loads of clothes in the smaller machines (6.50 each), and then transitioned those into compatible dryers (at 3.50 and 2.75 respectively). Ultimately getting 4 loads of laundry done in less than an hour and paying about $50 was a hit to the wallet but worth my time. The machines are very nice and the lovely lady that works there was a delight to chat with while our laundry ran and see was cleaning. Certainly will come back when the larger loads are a necessity.

My review is on the East location off of Birch street. There is no option to review that location…read more I used the East location today 7/18/26. The washer was fine and I took the sleeping bag home & hung it on the line. There was a 2 inch deep, about 10 inches around hole in the floor in the main walkway in from the front door. I didn't see it and tripped and fell flat on my face and hurt my knee. I had several witnesses who all came to help me. I called the number listed to report this so that a sign can be put up before someone else gets hurt. The phone was not answered, which I understand on a Sunday afternoon. However, the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message asking the owner to put up a sign and get the hole fixed. If you use this location, watch for that hole and hopefully it gets fixed soon.
