The front desk staff seems to be a rotation of nice & adept high school kids. The reason why I'm giving them 5 stars today is because: a) Great service this week that has been backed up by half-a-dozen experiences in the last few years b) I forgot to pick up my shirt for a month and they still had it. Not only that, I learned one of their other locations had things from 2000! I don't plan on forgetting my dry cleaning pickups on a regular basis, but it's nice to know they're not going to throw it out. c) I dropped off a white blouse that I stained with tomato sauce. It came back white. The parking lot can be small - especially around meal time due a nearby Chinese restaurant. Luckily they have three reserved "15 min parking" spots.

I was disappointed, but acknowledged that they were going to cover the loss and accepted it. I filled out the damage claim form and brought it back. A month later I received a check for %75 of the value with a note that because the coat was 4 months old, that is the value they deem appropriate to cover. Why not pay me the amount I payed for the coat 4 months ago? They didn't even refund the money I paid to get the coat cleaned. I also have a pair of pants that I will more than likely never wear because I no longer have the coat that goes with them. I would not recommend using clean 'n' press!

I was told it would need to go to an outside service for cleaning and boxing and was given a price of $265. I thought that price to be incredibly high so I was hesitant to go through with it, but the lady incentivized me by saying "if you leave us a Google review when you come in to pick up the order, I can give you a 20% discount", I said sure because I wanted to give them my business and the discount would bring down the cost by approximately $50. I then go to pick up the gown when it's ready and was told that there was miscommunication and that I would not receive a 20% discount on the order., I reiterated that I would not have gone through with the order had I know I wasn't going to get 20% off. He was not willing to honor what I was told by his staff and simply said that he will communicate with his staff better. Sounds like a complete scam to me. Unethical and horrible service. So they have now lost my business over $50.

So the girl said I wasn't here when you brought it in so ok it will be back in a couple day! then when I went in could not believe it the whole comforter was Barbie pink, so the girl said someone messed up because we don't usually give refunds, so she refunded me 28.19. so I called Tide cleaners and she said they must have wet cleaned it instead of dry cleanin. so Deanna said she had fixed these before so she would give it a try. Si I dropped it off at the Applevalley location, anyway she got the pink out but soaking it in chemicals faded the colors, I had to sign a waver and my charge was 49.99 plus tax so 55.00 total. it this all started with clean and press: 1552 Woodlsne Dr, Woodbhey, Mn. So meanwhile I need to get the same material and make this again. I started emailing customer service, there was a Nichole communicating with me saying that it was Hobby Lobby's fault. She couldn't own up to her employees mistake, so I get a call today she doesn't have time for my emails anymore. that nothing is going to be done to help me that the 28.19 was it. This is the way you take care of your customers? Now I have had to get this material again and cut out the squares and will have to sew this over the time it takes to make a comforter. I guess someone who doesn't sew will not understand what goes into a project like this. So i will never use your dry cleaners again and will continue to tell my story.

It was quiet and orderly. The machines are nice size for the price and on your first wash they give a $3 credit for downloading the app. The app is easy to use and made this a cashless transaction which I love!! No more dragging quarters around. Although the machines do take quarters directly or you can make change at the machine. Overall great experience I love close so I'll be back with bigger items!!

Why would I want this on my shirt if I wear them out? Why would I pay for this? At my request they put a note on my account for no clamps, which really means all they are doing is a clamping them and then ironing out the clamp mark, and it still looks like crap. I still had to check every shirt I get out of this place for clamp marks, and 50% over 30 shirts had this problem. Needless to say, I'm looking to take my business elsewhere, starting today. Further, I've noticed the left buttons on my shirt sleeves seem to be missing or loosened and ready to come off. Today I found damage on the left side of one cuff. Their presser clearly sucks at his job and somehow is screwing up the left cuff on every press. One shirt even had the button replaced...with a button that was far too big for the hole and not even matching. wtf. This place is horrible, does a consistently terrible job and is very expensive. The people were nice, service was nice, but the job done is sub par and not worth your time and money.

My roommate and I went to this laundromat when our washing machine died. I can't tell you how much…read moreI dislike laundromats- hot, humid, stuffy, often dirty, not exactly cheap, and you never know how clean the washing machines will get your clothes. I have to say though, if I have to go to one, this was the place to go. We were there for just a bit over an hour, and that included washing, drying, and folding about 8 loads worth of clothes. The Laundry Room has a lot of machines, so we did not have to worry about having to wait. They have a great selection of washing machine sizes, including machines that can hold up to 8-10 loads of laundry. If you ever need to wash blankets, comforters or other really bulky items, it is absolutely no problem to find a suitable washing machine here. The facility was clean, the washing machines are sanitized, they have vending machines for laundry supplies if you need them, and they have snacks and drinks too. There were not a lot of places to sit while our laundry was done, but there were some chairs. Our laundry came out clean and the washing machines spin so well our clothes only needed 20 minutes in the dryer and they were done. I have a few tips for first time visitors: 1) Other reviewers mentioned that they take credit cards. This is sort of true. You can't use a credit card with the machines. You need to have a laundry card, but you can use a credit card to load money on the laundry card. I did not see ANY machines that accepted coins, but this being my first time there, I may have missed something. 2) The laundry cards are FREE, which I loved about this place. I have had to pay as much as $10 just for the card alone in other laundromats. 3) You may miss that the machines have containers on top of them to put in detergent, bleach, and softener in. They have step stools there that you can stand on to get to them on top of the larger machines. 4) There was no water in the snack vending machines when we were there, so I don't know if that is ever an available option. Bring water with you if that is what you want to drink. For that matter, bring whatever snacks and drinks you want with you, but they do have the option to buy stuff there. You may not have a lot of time for snacks though, because the washing machines only took 21 minutes to wash all of our clothes, and as I said, only 20 minutes in the dryer. Despite my less than great feelings about laundromats, this was time well spent, and we had piles of well cleaned clothes at the end of an hour. We'll be back again, at least until our washing machine gets fixed.
