I have used two other St. Croix Cleaners branches over the past several years for regular dry cleaning, and been satisfied with their regular dry cleaning. But my body shape has changed with age, and I found that I have shrunk, both in waist size (positively) and height (negatively). I decided to have five pair of pant legs shortened, and took them to one of my regular SCC branches, which forwarded them on to this Woodbury location for the alteration work. I received an unexpected telephone call from a Pat, an alteration specialist at the Woodbuiryc branch, expressing concern over the work order she had received along with the five pair of pants. She said that the current inseams of the pants ranged between 27" and 32.5", a range of 5.5", yet the work order stated that all of the five pants should be reduced by the same amount, 2.5". She explained that the result would be pant legs ranging from 24.5" to 30". She said she was prepared to do that if I wanted them done that way, but she thought it was an unusual request, and just wanted to be sure that I really wanted that much variation in the pant legs. I replied that I wasn't unaware of the wide variation in the pant lengths, and had just told the clerk at my local branch to shorten all of them by 2.5". Pat went on to explain that pants are designed differently depending on how they were to be worn, and if I wanted each pair to look its best, they should be altered depending on how they were to be worn. We agreed that I should come in for a fitting before she did any work. I did that, and was measured while wearing each pair so that they would come out looking the way I wanted them to look after the alterations. I am very impressed by that quality of customer service and attention to detail. I sure am glad that Pat made the effort to be sure that I would be pleased with the final result. I will return to her with any additional alteration work, and after I told my wife about my experience, she will be bringing her work to Pat as well.

I was told it would need to go to an outside service for cleaning and boxing and was given a price of $265. I thought that price to be incredibly high so I was hesitant to go through with it, but the lady incentivized me by saying "if you leave us a Google review when you come in to pick up the order, I can give you a 20% discount", I said sure because I wanted to give them my business and the discount would bring down the cost by approximately $50. I then go to pick up the gown when it's ready and was told that there was miscommunication and that I would not receive a 20% discount on the order., I reiterated that I would not have gone through with the order had I know I wasn't going to get 20% off. He was not willing to honor what I was told by his staff and simply said that he will communicate with his staff better. Sounds like a complete scam to me. Unethical and horrible service. So they have now lost my business over $50.

So the girl said I wasn't here when you brought it in so ok it will be back in a couple day! then when I went in could not believe it the whole comforter was Barbie pink, so the girl said someone messed up because we don't usually give refunds, so she refunded me 28.19. so I called Tide cleaners and she said they must have wet cleaned it instead of dry cleanin. so Deanna said she had fixed these before so she would give it a try. Si I dropped it off at the Applevalley location, anyway she got the pink out but soaking it in chemicals faded the colors, I had to sign a waver and my charge was 49.99 plus tax so 55.00 total. it this all started with clean and press: 1552 Woodlsne Dr, Woodbhey, Mn. So meanwhile I need to get the same material and make this again. I started emailing customer service, there was a Nichole communicating with me saying that it was Hobby Lobby's fault. She couldn't own up to her employees mistake, so I get a call today she doesn't have time for my emails anymore. that nothing is going to be done to help me that the 28.19 was it. This is the way you take care of your customers? Now I have had to get this material again and cut out the squares and will have to sew this over the time it takes to make a comforter. I guess someone who doesn't sew will not understand what goes into a project like this. So i will never use your dry cleaners again and will continue to tell my story.

Our clothes were picked up and returned on the same day, and we aren't even in St Paul! The items were pristine and perfectly folded. They even matched socks that hadn't been matched in far too long! Our comforter soiled by our dog was like new. Thank you! The communication was excellent and the price was so fair. I will be using them even after the laundry room is done, just to treat myself. I complete gem!…read more This place is completely brand new, the machines are new and easy to use as well. There was a staff on site that cleaned each machine between washing and swept the floor. It was quiet and orderly. The machines are nice size for the price and on your first wash they give a $3 credit for downloading the app. The app is easy to use and made this a cashless transaction which I love!! No more dragging quarters around. Although the machines do take quarters directly or you can make change at the machine. Overall great experience I love close so I'll be back with bigger items!!

They seem to try hard, but I'm very disappointed. This is the first dry cleaners among dozens I've…read moreused that 'clamps' your shirts at the bottom. This leaves a 2 inch crease. Why would I want this on my shirt if I wear them out? Why would I pay for this? At my request they put a note on my account for no clamps, which really means all they are doing is a clamping them and then ironing out the clamp mark, and it still looks like crap. I still had to check every shirt I get out of this place for clamp marks, and 50% over 30 shirts had this problem. Needless to say, I'm looking to take my business elsewhere, starting today. Further, I've noticed the left buttons on my shirt sleeves seem to be missing or loosened and ready to come off. Today I found damage on the left side of one cuff. Their presser clearly sucks at his job and somehow is screwing up the left cuff on every press. One shirt even had the button replaced...with a button that was far too big for the hole and not even matching. wtf. This place is horrible, does a consistently terrible job and is very expensive. The people were nice, service was nice, but the job done is sub par and not worth your time and money.
