I'm way more impressed with the dryers. I out about one quarter (or two can't recall,) and got about 30 mins worth of drying time! I've seen other places for only 10 mins or so. Called back after an hour and was told they would put in an urgent ticket for it. Five hours later, and I still haven't heard a word. I called back again and was told by the third person that's is a minimum of one business day before a tech would call with an estimated time.

Our clothes were picked up and returned on the same day, and we aren't even in St Paul! The items were pristine and perfectly folded. They even matched socks that hadn't been matched in far too long! I was quoted 1.25 per lbs. no other charges. After they had them done same day, the owner called and said that there was a 2.99 per lbs pick up and delivery fee. Nothing I could do and he held them hostage until it was paid. BAIT AND SWITCH. Do not use this crook and I have a complaint with BBB and the city of Minneapolis about them. On the hand written receipt, that they made after they to deliver them, you can see where they wrote 1.99 then put a 2 over the 1. What a crook.
