Second, they have a few screens in the cardio area that play inspiring human movement and nature channels, not news and annoying cartoons. I go at 5 PM, and there is always a spacious feeling with all of the equipment, unlike rush hours at the gym down the street. Third, very few children. i love kids and am a teacher but the last thing I want to deal with after a stressful day at work are unattended children using cardio machines next to me in an annoying way. The women's sauna is also very nice and quiet(and hot!). There are great group fitness classes too. Also, as a woman, I feel safe and unbothered by the muscle dudes in there. It has a laid back vibe, is a bit 70's in a Rocky Balboa kind of way, but it is my favorite gym I have ever been a member of!

These guys take care of that. 3) There are several class options per day (around 5-6), leaving me with less of a reason to use lack of time as an excuse for not working out. 4) The work outs are full body. 5) The staff is awesome. They're basically your personal trainers and they provide great motivation during your workouts. 6) The prices are reasonable and they offer a few different plans. (Unlimited for a year, 8 classes/month, month to month). The only thing I don't like about F45 is your membership is only valid at the location where you purchase it. Not great for someone who travels a lot.

You're on a team of sorts and very quickly ind yourself cheering each other on. The trainers are very encouraging and make you feel really comfortable. It's not a huge gym but there's so much equipment and all the exercises are fitting for the space. You don't feel like you're on top of each other. All the exercises can be modified and the flow of the workout is so easy to follow. Aside from the music and the high energy, the trainers really know how to spool you up without it being annoying. It's a great time. As soon as I heal up I'm going back. I've got too many injuries to do it now, but literally the minute I'm cleared to do it again, I will.

I was looking for a trainer that would actually listen to my requests and goals, as I have had some not great experiences in the past. I have been working with Jay three times a week. He has not missed a session (one of my issues from other gym/trainer experiences) and he always has an absolute winning, positive attitude. I came in about fifty pounds overweight and terribly out of shape. I am also not a gym person so this has been a big learning curve. Jay has always taken the time to respectfully and patiently answer my many questions. I am always impressed with his vast array of knowledge. And the staff midday, when I train, are just wonderful. Shout out to Sydney, Mia and Christian who are super friendly and helpful. They feel like my own cheerleading team! The gym is quite large and there are plenty of different machines to choose from. The members are all shapes and sizes and walks of life, and I don't ever feel shamed or excluded. The new expansion added a lot of space too. The trainers are all super nice and try to schedule appointments around my schedule when needed, and I appreciate that they have lockers with number locks instead of requiring personal locks. I'm no gym rat, but it's nice and quiet in the morning, and not too bad in the afternoons either.
