They replaced the compressor and condenser, recharged the AC, and explained everything clearly. The staff was professional, honest, and respectful throughout the process. The pricing felt fair for the amount of work done, and I left satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Paid to get my car Towed my car here on Thursday being told this. "yes sir , you can bring it today…read more, we actually have a spot available just for you today , we just didnt want it to get taken by tomorrow so we made sure we had it ready for you , can you come in any time today until 6 pm" Then on Friday I get told this "hey , ,i just wanted to inform you that due to today being a really busy day for us , the timing chain still needs to be worked on , can i call you tomorrow to let you know the updates and if we can finish the job since we were backed up for just one day , i was goin to ask if we can have it till monday so we can ensure this job gets done correctly with no rush ? Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected. This can be you as well. If anyone has doubts or questions, I have everything documented

Diagnostic fee was 200 something dollars. Got called saying my fuel pump was bad and it would be running me 1200 ish with the diagnostic fee included. I bit the bullet and agreed to have it fixed. Didnt feel like I had any options. I was told this would be a start to solving problems but not a definite. (Pretty expensive start, why not start out with the smaller issues?) Then I was told the cam shaft position sensor would need changed. Okay. Another 100 ish dollars. I got another call on May 12th 2026 stating the jeep is starting right up. Awesome. I pick it up, get home a couple blocks away and it stalled on me and had a hard time starting (original issue). I called the shop back and they said I could come back and theyd look at it free of charge but now im just frustrated because I spent 1,388 dollars to have the same issues. O2 sensor didnt get fixed even though the check engine light is on for that. Curious as to why they didnt start out with the sensors, why did they jump straight to fuel pump causing the problem? Im not sure. Excellent customer service in the front desk area but they got all I had in my savings as a working single mother. Ill be taking business elsewhere and get some different eyes on it.

That is just to figure out what is wrong and not part of what the repair will cost you. Now, I understand that they can't just waste their time chasing codes for free, but yes that was a little steep. I paid it because I needed my car repaired, and I really do like them. That being said, they now charge $253 to diagnose a check engine light. I just cannot afford to pay $250 simply to walk in the door before the repair pricing even begins, so I have had no choice but to take my car repair business elsewhere. They do a fantastic job, the techs are wonderful, the repairs have been good, but they have priced me out of being able to take my car to them. I do recommend them if you can afford them because they do good work. Just be prepared for the price.

A nearby transmission shop was too busy and recommended nearby Car Tech to me for diagnosis (lights…read morewere flashing). I'd already been to a couple other places including dealerships - with each telling me my transmission was the problem and needed it rebuilt at the very least (costing between $4-6,000!!) I initially went to Car Tech but each time, the lights were not flashing where the diagnostic machine would be able to detect it. In the meantime, my car began having issues with starting. Took it to Car Tech, and it was the starter. While Shannon was fixing that, he also discovered the solenoid was also going bad. He fixed that at a fraction of the cost other shops quoted. Then I had a few other issues pop up and once again, Shannon fixed those quickly and didn't rake me over the coals with charges on doing it. Within a few weeks of having the Starter done, my car began not wanting to start again. Shannon stands behind his work. He told me to bring it back in. It wasn't the Starter. He spent the day, running all the electrical lines and discovered my wiring harness had been tampered with (maybe one of the other shops I had taken it to?? It clearly wasn't done by any animal). A new one was gonna run over $1000. Didn't make sense to do for me car and to be honest I just didn't have that kind of money. Shannon had Brandi (the other mechanic) find that part used and it was installed on my 2013 Impala. Ended up being what was actually causing the initial issue with my car to begin with -- the one that everyone else was wanting to charge me over $4k to put in a rebuilt transmission!! Obviously not needed!! Shannon saved me a crap ton of money that I just didn't have and fixed what was truly wrong with my car and didn't over charge me for it!! My car has been running like it did 8yr ago when I bought it!! Shannon does amazing work, turned his love for working on cars into a successful business that actually HELPS people while doing it!!! I'd give him a rating of 10 stars if this went up that high!! I took a stack of business cards and have been recommending Car Tech to everyone since then!!

He was very polite, talked in terms that I understood and was very reasonably priced. None of the other shops that I had taken my vehicle to had any success in fixing it. I highly recommend this place especially for electrical or computer problems in your car.
