Staff was friendly and attentive. I was looking for a particular style. The clerk that assisted me was unable to find the size and the color that I requested. I also noticed that a lot of the bras that she pulled out looked worn and dirty, after digging and pulling out drawers and more digging in the search for a bra that wasn't dirty or damaged, She finally found one that I liked and I was escorted to the fitting room to try on. The fitting room was clean but needed a little more lighting. Price of the bra was a little steep but I have had good luck with Victoria's Secret bras as they do last if you wash them properly. Overall this location is nice I will go back but more so just to try on for size I do believe if you order online your bra will be fresh and new versus tried on by hundreds of people.

A crew member was standing around gossiping with a coworker near the bathing suit section & every other word out of his mouth was a curse word. I was shocked that he was that loud and no one corrected him. He acted just like he wasn't at work. Anyway...the bathing suit selection wasn't that huge. When I finally found one I could settle for, the dressing rooms were shut down. There was no way I was going to buy it, try it on at home, and then bring it back. That was way too much work. So, I just got the other things I went there for & checked out. The guy was super nice & helpful. Masks are required & social distancing is suggested. The self-checkouts were open & the store was mostly tidy/clean. I'd definitely visit again.

Well after watching her walk all of the aisle's in the store I go and see if she has made up here mind. As we where at the last shoe store in the mall. So to save me another hour of her trying to make a decision between the two, or worse looking at all the stores again. So I bought both pairs of shoes, and it made her happy and me too.

I told them to give me my money back and I would just try the stores. I went to the store in Colonial Heights and the salesman there was awesome and helpful. He placed the order and gave me free overnight shipping and 10% off. The shoes should have arrived on 12/23. Once again they did not come. I finally received them on 12/28. But once my son opened them they were supposed to be all white but they were dirty and yellow! Who sends out shoes like that! I took them back to the store and once again asked for my money back which I did get. I have since called and emailed the corporate office and no one has done or said anything. Worst experience and will definitely not be shopping there again.
