Excellent commuter station with a very large parking lot that has power outlets for plugging in your car in the winter time. (I think that's funny, but only because I live in a much warmer climate.) There is a large bus station here and covered access to one of the nearby office buildings.
The platform itself is well covered from the elements. It's an "island" platform, meaning that you're standing between the two sets of tracks on either side. "Next train" boards are mounted and easy to read.
Automated ticket vending machines are available and easy to operate. The C-Train is a "proof of purchase" system, meaning that you must have a validated ticket any time you are inside the fare area. I haven't seen any ticket inspectors in the times I rode the train, but I'm sure they exist. read more
