Don't use this company. They'll steal your money, I put a deposit down and never heard from them again.

Gulf Coast Aerobic Services

Huge shout out to Gulf Coast Aerobic Services! We had some back and forth with the buyers while…read moreselling our house and this whole crew went above and beyond to help us make sure everything was as it should be and ready for the new home owners! Making multiple trips to the house (at no extra charge), creating specialized docs to be in line with the realtors requests, and staying in great contact with us at all times! Did I mention they made it all happen in less than 48 hours to make sure we could get to closing??? I can not go on enough about this wonderful company! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

If I could give negative stars, I would. They don't answer the phone, they don't do what you paid…read morethem to do, they actually shut off your system, causing it to back up and blow the pump up. All three of my tanks were full to the brim of sludge. Details below: I have been a customer of Gulf Coast Aerobics since I bought my home in late 2015 and am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from the company between 2019 and now, April of 2021. I emailed Gulf Coast Aerobics on Monday, November 9, 2020 requesting a refund since I had not received any inspection reports at all in 2020. After multiple emails between us, I decided to give Gulf Coast Aerobics the benefit of the doubt and renewed my maintenance contract with them on December 22, 2020. Friday, February 5, 2021, at 9:49 AM, I called Gulf Coast Aerobic because the light and alarm on my septic system box was on, meaning something was wrong. I was told that the technician was already dispatched for the day, but she (Brandy?) would call him to add my house to his list. She (Brandy?) proceeded to tell me about the $85 call-out fee, and that most likely, the tech could fix the problem with the material on his truck, so that would be all included with the $85 fee. I agreed to the fee and asked if they could check on when to have my system pumped again. I then waited for a call back from the company to give me an update on what was wrong. By Monday, February 8, 2021, my light and alarm was still on. At 11:20 AM I called Gulf Coast Aerobic back and told them I needed to know if anyone would come out or not, so I could call another company if I needed to. She (Brandy?) said the tech would be out that day between 1 PM and 2 PM. According to my son and neighbor, the tech showed up a little later than that and was at my house for less than 5 total minutes. When I got home that day, the light was off, so I assumed the problem had been fixed. Twenty days later, on Sunday, February 28, 2021, my husband realized that our entire backyard was wet (not from rain) and found all 3 septic tanks completely full to the brim and overflowing with sludge and water. When he opened the panel box, all switches had been turned to the off position. It is my understanding that when the tech came out on Monday, 2/8, he simply shut the switches off and left, not fixing anything at all. This explains why I never received a return phone call from Gulf Coast Aerobics with an update or asking for the call-out payment. My husband and I have both tried calling Gulf Coast Aerobics, and they do not answer the phone. We ultimately called another contractor, who came out the same day and had to replace our spray pump and clean all 3 tanks out. Including the call-out fee, our total out-of-pocket amount was $1,350.00. According to the new contractor, our system was not maintenanced and had not been for a long time, as well as the tanks needing to be pumped out a long time ago. This could have all been prevented if Gulf Coast Aerobics were doing what they were hired to do. I'm not even sure if Galveston County received copies of our "inspection reports" from this company- I know I have not.
