I've always been skeptical and failed by dealerships service departments in the past, but we need…read morethem to fix major maintenance repairs at times. When I bought my 2016 Sierra from Parker, I was somewhat expecting the same historical treatment. I was seriously wrong about them as previously experienced. These people treated me very well in any and every customer support related field. They were able to get a part for my truck that was not even in inventory at the time within a week.So Thanks, Kayla, Josh,Matthew and the Service Manager whom test drove the vehicle along with me. I salute you for your honesty, courtesy, and ATTITUDE. R/S Robert

Purchased a 2008 GMC Sierra with 73K miles from Parker about 2 months ago. The buying process was…read moregreat and they treated me really well. I have now put about 3k miles on the truck and just had a leveling kit installed. While the kit was being installed, the installer noticed the front wheels were leaning out when the truck was on the lift. Upon inspection, they determined that 3 of the 4 ball joints were in need of replacement. Parker was either aware this or their service department was incompetent as they replaced the sway bar links on both sides before listing the truck and would have noticed upon doing that work. My transmission also began slipping, so I took it to a mechanic who determined that the pump was burnt up. Either Parker or the previous owner had to know about this because the smell of a transmission pump going out is very noticeable and it did not happen while I have driven it. It also appears as though new transmission fluid was added at some point recently (which was not reflected on Parker's service records, but perhaps it was done by previous owner). Parker offered to replace transmission and ball joints at a discount. Their discount rate was more expensive than my mechanic's rate with the same warranty and I live over an hour away, so there is the matter of getting the truck to them (not currently drivable). I'm now out over $3.5k on a truck I purchased from them and put 3k miles on.

I took my 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye to Southland for its 60000 mile service and to perform the recall…read moreon the shifter bushing. It took the "technician " close to three hours to complete the recall, oil change, and inspection. I drove my car for only 1800 miles and the Multiair system started misbehaving, and I checked the engine hours and it wasn't reset. I checked the oil myself and it was black. Either, the tech added the incorrect type of oil (1.4 Multiair turbocharged engines use 5W40 Synthetic) or didn't change the oil at all. Then a rattling noise developed underneath the car. I decided then to remove the under car belly pan (I was a level 1 Chrysler tech myself and had to retire due to a fractured vertebra)to diagnose the rattling and change the oil. Two of the speednuts was broken, with one retaining bolt severely cross treaded to were it snapped on my attempt to slowly remove it. The rear part of the cover was severely torn from being bent backwards for clearance instead of being completely removed. Doing so tore and bent the exhaust heat deflector causing it to rattle on the exhaust down pipe from the turbocharger. I mean, SERIOUSLY!!! Only nine 10mm bolts and it removes with ease. No need to bend the crap out of it to access the shifter cable bushing that you neglected to even install!! My nine year old son could of done it because it's so relatively simple. Yall damaged an $182 part on a relatively rare production model of Dodge Dart. Its going to have to come out of my pocket because there's going to be a cold chance in heck that yall are going to touch my pride and joy ever again. And also, I reported yall to corporate. Don't try to screw over an retired level 1 tech with 10 years working for a five star Chrysler dealership!!

When we pulled in we noticed there was only one used car on the lot. Several SUVs and a Jeep. All were filthy. We decided to look past the dirt and check out the Altima they had. I opened the door of the vehicle and it looked like someone was living in it. It was filthy. The salesman ( thats a whole nother story) tried to get me to test drive the car but I refused to even get in it. We immediately left and will never go back.
