But They guys could not have been nicer, faster or more courteous & professional. They jumped right on it and refused to let me pay a cent. I dropped my truck off on a Friday, and they said it would most likely take 2-3 days to fix, including time to buy parts, but since they were a bit understaffed, she was going to promise me it done by the following Friday. I was fine with that. The Thursday before the promise date, I called to ask what time I could pick up my truck at. It was then (only after I called them) I was informed that they hadn't even started work yet. That's when I informed them I needed it for a work trip by the following Wednesday. Knowing it was in a rush, they decided... to not start until 3 o'clock Monday. Unsurprisingly, they didn't have it fixed before the work trip.
