It was hard to figure out what I wanted to purchase. I bought a bottle of Jam Band because I love sweet wine. They had a bottle of red that I was mulling over but I put that one back. We were also provided with a fact sheet that described in each wine, where it was sourced from, the blend of grapes used, how it was aged, etc. Each glass of wine was meticulously paired with its perfect cheese counterpart, which the owner said she purchases from local cheese distributors. The one thing I would recommend for the future is to also include what cheese was paired with each wine. The actual tasting took place in a really cool, early 1900s cellar complete exposed stone and some beautiful Edison lights. I also appreciated the beautiful table plating that made experiencing the wine (even for a newbie like me) very approachable.
