This is a follow up to my earlier review. I'm giving RB 5 stars here to average with my previous…read morereview of 3 stars to land on 4/5. Unprompted, Rob checked in on our project a few months after completion. He noticed that our pop-up had been washed away in a big rain and that the trenches had settled significantly (as I mentioned in my complaint). He replaced the pop-up, added more top-soil and straw and threw down some grass seed. In the end, we were atisfied with the result and the price of the project. I would have preferred some additional tamping during installation to avoid the long settling time, but alls well that ends well.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I met with the salesperson who was very knowledgeable and…read morefriendly, and I thought that it was great that they would deal with the HOA stuff for me, and there was a warranty on the fence for both product and craftsmanship. However, I was told it'd be "around 3 weeks." I needed a new fence asap for safety reasons, etc. I got the money for the down payment and would have sent it immediately, but you are either charged 3% extra if you use a credit card (understandable), or you have to pay in cash or check. As I just moved here, I didn't have checks from the new bank yet and so that delayed me getting the down payment to them, but he told me he understood the situation and would put my name on the board so I would be in the lineup. I got the checks 5 days later; the person didn't respond for another 5 days and it was another 4 days before they came to pick up the check. Later on, I was blamed for the timing on when the downpayment was received. I was still assured that I was on the board and ready to go. Communication was nonexistent. 4 weeks went by and I was reaching out and not getting any response about what date I was scheduled for. I was given condescending replies when I did get an answer and it was a constant fight to get answers. I was given excuse after excuse after excuse. Waiting for materials, rain, guys got heat stroke, etc. After 7 weeks of waiting and I was STILL NOT given an exact date but had now 3 times been given an "around this week" with no one coming or information on anything but simply excuses when I asked what was happening, I gave up and requested a refund of my down payment (for which I then had to demand 3 times and wait for the return of the check), and I went with a different fencer altogether. It was awful and terrible communication. They did not once give me a date still after 7 weeks of waiting. No apologies for poor service, poor communication, or anything. They additionally lied about the warranty, because when I asked about land settling they said it was covered by the craftsmanship warranty and they'd fix it if it was a problem (one of the reasons I had originally decided to go with them because they acknowledged that it could happen in new construction homes). But, then they said later on that that was not covered in the craftsmanship warranty. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I have now found out that I'm not the only one. Stay away.
