I am very upset about the horrific experience I got. I have not had my hair trimmed in any way…read moresince august so I was trying to find somewhere to book an appointment and no where was available so we said what could it hurt so we go to great clips and I have been there before so was not worried at all. We checked in online and just walked in and told the man at the desk we wanted my hair to be washed and and cut. Then I was taken to a hair cutting chair and not the sink but did not think anything of it the lady asked "just and inch?" I said yes and she just started cutting and I did not say anything because it wasn't to big of a deal so I just dust there took about 25 minutes she finished and asked if I wanted to see the back I said not cause what was I supposed to see? We go up and pay AND TIP! I walk out and notice it is WAY more than an inch and I was pretty upset but I did have a lot of dead ends so yea and then we started driving home and I did t he thing where you pull your hair to your front and noticed it was uneven so I said "mom this is kind of uneven" she said it just looked like that so we keep driving I finally get out of the car and my sister sees the hair from the back and says " yea no that awful it's uneven" I got in the car and started crying because my hair and we go home and my dad sees it and says " go back and get a refund" so now because of this lady who can't cut hair I have to keep my hair in a bun and let it grow out before cutting it even and I don't even know how she saw this and let me walk out oh and your probably saying how bad can it be it is horrible she cut like 3 inches and botched it I really hope she is like fired or something but yea I have really learned my lesson about great clips look at this before going.- 12 year old girl who has to go to school like this in a few weeks
