Went in for a consultation with Candace to talk about my color and cut. She was extremely professional, pleasant, and made me feel comfortable at once. She is a sweetheart that understood what I had been going through with my hair and knew what needed to be done ( I had had a really bad cut somewhere else). Set up an apt for a couple of weeks later. She cut and colored my hair and for two days after I was able to wake up and just do a small little fix to my hair from bed head and my style looked great. Made a follow up appt for next month and will be excited to visit the salon again. Btw- I drove 45 minutes to go to this salon because they are a redken salon and they know color! I think I may go back to a bit lighter color next time and I am confident Candace will know what to do. Thank you Candace PS Lindsey at the front desk is personable and efficient! The lady literally glue eyelashes to my eyelid and used so much glue I had to go get them removed the next day because I was in pain. I had to pay someone else to get them removed because I could not wait days for her to be available to possibly take them off 2 days later. The lady who removed them had to sit and pick glue out of my natural lashes for about 30 minutes. Now my lashes are so damaged. The lady never responded to me or reimbursement for the service.
