It was my first time getting lashes.... The salon had a July/Aug promo for $50. I decided to try it out. I booked with Elina. She was amazing. Conversation flowed, she's super funny. And she was quick, as quick as a full set of lashes can be. I love my Lashes. They were exactly as I wanted, a natural classic look. I'll definitely be back in a few weeks. Seriously love this place! The staff is super sweet, nice, friendly - you feel welcomed right when you walk in. Let's not get me started about the super cutesy decor that just puts you in the best mood and obviously, lash naps. Went in for a mini lash fill and the artist messed up applying the lashes and immediately all the lashes started to fall off and within a few days they were all completely gone. When I contacted the manager and tried to speak to her about it she was distant and bad at communication and said I could have a free mini lash refill then when I go in for the appointment refuses to compensate me the money for the lash refill and I has a horrible attitude. read more

I am not a glamorous girl.. most days. 9 times out of 10, I'll slap on some eyebrows and call it a day. Ever since I first got eyelash extensions, my life has changed. Instead of ending the day with bags under my eyes from smudge mascara or falsies falling off at the end of a long night out, I wake up feeling pretty. I've had my lashes done almost every few weeks since March-ish at Vivify and I am never disappointed. Tara and Kristen are the best. They look at your eyes and apply what looks best. There are different volume options so just talk to them to see what you want. There is natural, half natural/a little glam, and full on, thick glamorous... anyways, you get it. They're always very nice and accommodating. I usually just fall asleep but they're fun to chat with as well. When you consider the package deals, it's very affordable. I don't think I'll ever go back to not having eyelash extensions. My eyelashes are actually growing *longer* due to not scraping off leftover mascara. They don't apply a very harsh glue so your natural lashes are always protected. They also have an online booking system which I love because I can log in and see my next appointment times and schedule when I can find the time to come in. I always feel like I'm being taken care of here. read more

I have always wanted to try lash extensions. With my son getting married I decided it was a good time to do it. A friend recommended Vivify. This was a great experience! First off they were able to get me in with only 24 hours notice! Who knew how popular this is! Shelby explained everything to me before she started. I was Set comfortably set on a massage bed and even got a fluffy blanket for my feet. The application was so easy I fell asleep during the three hours Shelby worked on my lashes. The result is amazing. I was provided an after care kit and instructions on cleaning and maintaining! I definitely recommend Vivify for a positive experience. read more

I was little nervous that I would look "too flamboyant" because I am a very low maintenance/natural kinda gal: I thought I'd go outside my comfort zone and give it a try. I had never been here before but booked here because everyone was booked for the holidays. I got a glam fill on Tuesday December 8th. They looked great when I left the salon but three days later, the 11th, I had probably 1/3 of the lashes left. Anyone who gets lashes knows that's absolutely ridiculous and a total ripoff especially for an $80 fill when most places are around $50. I called the salon two times on Friday and no answer. Monday I called again multiple times and the same Tuesday. After continually getting no answer I decided to message my lash artist Erika. I sent her a kind message explaining what had happened. She replied the next day saying it wasn't her fault it was because the lashes she put on me were too long for my natural lash so my natural lashes couldn't hold the weight. Why did she put them on me then? I replied back saying that simply my lashes should not have come off after two days. It's been five days and she is yet to reply. Long story short never coming back here and a couple of my friends that go here switched their salon too. Now I know why they were barely booked when every other salon is slammed for the holiday. I will now have to pay for a full set when I go back to my usual lash artist on the first. Yay read more

The nail tech found out I was payin with a gift certificate and didn't pay much attention to my nails after that. The next day the gel started to chip and come off which has never happened before. Also when she did my toes I still had a little polish left and she didn't take it off. Just very disappointed. But the hair stylist I had was great! read more

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Marlette?? She seemed very annoyed I wanted to schedule over the phone. I explained I tried the website first, there was no option to select a date or see open dates on the service I chose. She just kept repeating that I should schedule online. Finally, after her just repeating herself instead of listening to what I was saying, she told me they must be full until Christmas. I tried to explain that I would consider scheduling after, but she just kept talking over me about how I should schedule online and how they were booked. She was very rude and even if they had an opening I wouldn't have gone after that phone conversation and lack of customer service. It's sad because they may even have good people working there that won't see some clients because of the poor customer service. read more

I had been going to this place for months to get my lashes done. I loved them and the salon. However, a case of the pink eye messed up my schedule of fill ins and I made a mistake thinking an appointment was canceled... which apparently it was not. I received a call about missing and apologized and stated I misunderstood and I thought that an appointment was cancel. Which I think is something that might happen to more than one person as you schedule your appointments online. I then received a bill for the full price of a fill in and was explained all my future appointments would be canceled until I paid my invoice. While I understand that missed appointments are annoying but it really was a misunderstanding. I was a loyal customer up to this point and never missed before. However, I was explained it was the policy. I refuse to pay $64 dollars for an appointment I THOUGHT was canceled. And apparently that $64 dollars was more important than all the other income I would bring into the salon... not to mention my friends I also referred to the salon. If I missed another appointment I would completely understand the charge but I really messed up on the online scheduling system. Very disappointed and I will not be back.... also in response to the business owner below... I was told by your staff she did discuss this with you. When I told her I would not pay so she could cancel all my appointments (I believe there was six total) she said she would discuss with you as she didn't want to lose me as a customer. The next thing I knew all my appointments were canceled. I again realize it's money out of her pocket as you say but I made an honest mistake and my future money I would bring to the shop and her was not important. So that's even more money out of her pocket. read more
